I went in looking for a specific lighting. I would have purchased a live tree but for a couple of days before Christmas I thought the trees left were priced too high at $35 per tree. I did not find the projector light I was looking for but found something similar. Pricing for sale merchandise was confusing, I had to get an associate but the store was not busy so easy to access an associate. This is my neighborhood store so I frequent this store. The staff is always courteous and attentive when available.

I came in looking for one piece of electrical equipment and found Sherri Bartello, who not only gave me the help I needed but checked it out with another associate to make certain I had the appropriate item. She then went on to offer assistance in remodeling and in doping some of the items I've been wanting to do in my home.

Thankful that Home Depot recognizes the service of veterans with a 10% discount. More stores should follow suit.

I had started out with the intentions of enumerating the various things an associate did to help me when I visited on Wednesday December 15 2015 but I'll just say that it was one of the best of a handful of good experiences I have had at any Home Depot. Usually I abhor the customer service in this store, I have had workers scatter when starting to checkout with heavy loads that would require assistance ( I complained about it and got results) I have had associates walk right past me when I walked up and down aisles for 45 minutes, never asking could they be of assistance. Today was different, I actually had someone to not only ask if they could be of assistance but also didn't seem to mind doing their job. If this was the norm I would shop at the Depot more often, hopefully it will be.

The cashiers are great and helpfull. The store was clean and assistance was readily available.

found everything I needed and the help was real good

I was really tight on time and Christine @ customer service & Harvey @ appliances were Great !!! The Sat after Black Fri was very busy...store was packed.... I needed items that I had never purchased + I also had to return an item. When I walked up to customer service Christine was moving at mach-I speed, helping customers plus answering questions. She helped me as if I was the only one there, keeping up a conversation more than "do you have a receipt" After that, I needed to look at some plumbing items that I had never used. I saw Harvey moving a display and asked if he was familiar with the products. He stopped, walked me over to them explained the benefits of each and allowed Me to decide what woked best for my application.....Altho there was a line at the registers, I was in & out in less than 21 minutes....AMAZING

Ray Stewart was very helpful to locate the correct water heater and parts needed. He was knowledable/ great attitute/and most of all he wanted to make make my shopping the best it could be in /on a day of hectic Black Friday Buss. Great employee he knows he's way around the store and all my needs. Thank you HD for the service and Mr. Ray

The Home Depot in Covington does such a wonderful job with their Black Friday setup. All advertised items are easy to find. Plenty of associates are available to assist any needs. Check out was quick. And coffee and donuts is a great plus. Not many stores can make Black Friday stress free, but Home Depot did it. Thank you.

There were many different kinds of flooring but limited amounts of each kind. When I first came in I bought the flooring for one room, but my friend who helped me install it said to get all the flooring. When I came back there was not enough of the flooring I bought the first time so I had to buy a different kind. and even in getting a different kind I had to get two kinds that were almost the same. I love the way the flooring looks in my house now, but it was a more difficult to buy the flooring.

This is a good store with a great selection of products. Today, as on most of my visits to this store, I found the associates available, helpful and friendly. Since I shop at other HD stores from time to time where availabilty of knowledgeable associates is a problem, this store stands out. I give them excellent customer service marks.

I was able to install a walkway in my backyard for under 200 dollars with the 70% discounted cement. I didn't mind the damage on the bags, and was able to complete the job without breaking the bank.

The associate made us feel like the guest of honor. He took his time to describe every detail and after we paid for our first product he told us the pros and cons about the $15000 garage doors we were getting. I did like the warrant on it. We kept on changing styles and asking some crazy questions but he never got mad and his mood was still the same. Last time I was in that department the associate did not seem as welcoming after 5 min lol. I told him with a cool hair style like that he needs to put a bigger smile on. Thank you Home Depot for the wonderful experience.

I only went to lawn and garden section. I made my selection of mums and was in and out quick.

The Jamaican worker in garden was friendly and helped out and had a cool accent. He transferred us to another worker that worked with the glass and doors he was real sweet and outgoing. I loved his hair sea shell and groomed beard so attractive. He helped us find our products and cashed us out also. He recommended which glass to use for our project. I like the fact that he was entertaining, caring and professional at the same time Home Depot need more workers like that.

All the departments were well marked ,so I had no problem finding things. The store was cleane and well orginazed. The employees have always been helpful and courteous to me.

They Move The Water Filter's, So I Asked An Associate and she help me Right Away, I was out in less than 8 Minutes.

I love the HD in covington. Had bought a lot of stuff and I was able to return some of the stuff that I was not able to use. They had a lot of discounts every other month. The store bathroom is always clean when I'm there. Great plumber guy. The guy was Very knowledgeable. Not some guy who just work there.

The associate helped me find what I needed quick and even did the calculation for me on my concrete. He had such a positive cheerful attitude. I told him I don't need a consumer card cause I already got one but then he asked me about some other silly card I don't need. Its hard to find good service sometimes and he treated me like family. The associate was Revan Moore he left me his card for my future project but the door I want with sidelights is at Conyers HD.

The products were easy to find and the associate was very helpful.

This store is very organized, clean, and has great associates.

The employees always offer to assist me and that makes me feel valued. They know about the products they sell and are very friendly.

My visit to the Covington, GA Home Depot was close to closing on a holiday weekend. The paint associate was very busy with another customer mixing several gallons of paint. She saw that I was purchasing what appeared to be another gallon of the same color. She inquired and asked if I would like to shop around a few minutes and she would have it ready. After about 10-15 minutes of shopping in other areas, I returned and my paint was mixed, ready and waiting for me on the counter. Color matched perfect!

Was in the Covington Home Deport on Friday 9/4/15, did not have a good experience. Forgot items and and to do things, everything was taken care of on Saturday 09/5/15, by the associates there. The paint I had to finish picking up and out was taken care of with a smile, even though it was VERY BUSY FOR ONE LADY. Another associate, came over to help. The young lady at the checkout I used was VERY HELPFUL AND SO NICE. I left , feeling the RED CARPET had been rolled out for me.
