We bought a quartz countertop and save $3,000 over the companies that specialize in them. Great look and a great value. Plus they don't hassle you about wearing a face diaper like other stores do, wear it if you want but don't bother me if I don't wish to wear one!!!

Bought a refrigerator and was charged a delivery fee and installation fee. but the commercial on television advertises free delivery...not

We went to get a shower and bathtub shower combo and was told and showed they was there at the store then we get a call the next day saying some items wasn't there.

We had just moved to Indiana and I needed some Ryobi things. This store was laid differently than what I was used to back in Illinois. The staff helped me out, were very friendly.

3 trips buying 12 sheets of 4x8plywood each trip and no ones available to help get it off racks and loading my small truck, items in wrong spot on shelves, and prices are higher than other lumber stores,

Bought a microwave, just what I wanted, delivered to my home. Ginny Platt ordered it for me. She is in the cabinet department. Very nice!

To start: just assume things are pretty good storewide. Also assume many things you might need are online, so shop early for your supplies in order to place your in-store deliveries to be there when you need them. Also, I find that the people there are pretty nice and will help to the best of their abilities. Where I really get irritated is when I shop for hardware and small parts. The racks used to be lighted. YOU COULD SEE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. But after being told by the Fire Inspector their undershelf lighting installation was not to code, they simply disconnected it rather than install a proper lighting system. SO TAKE A FLASHLIGHT. You are going to need it. There's no malice here. You have here a pretty good store. Sometimes, I feel like I live there. I just want to help make management make it a better place. Sincerely.

Sandra Biddle was very friendly and very helpful. She cheerfully answered all our questions, and provided all the information we needed. This kind of an employee is a great asset for Home Depot.

We ended up having to talk to 3-4 employees before finding one that went out-of-her way to help us with what we wanted.

The employee's does not keep the sliding door open, they make us go around while we have materials in carts. They say because of the AC in summer weather and because of heater in winter weather

I purchased multiple power tools and staff was as helpful as they could be. Staff was courteous and helped me with anything I asked.

We knew what we wanted and went to our Home Depot and they had what we wanted. We were pleased as usual.

I purchased vinyl flooring for a residential project. I found the Flooring Department person Karen and Assistant Manager very knowledgeable and helpful with Home Depot products and Services. Nice Job.

I would really like to recognize Tim. He went way above and beyond helping me with everything I needed last second to buy & load up for a trip to assist my family dealing with a hurricane! He guided me to help me find everything with ease & great assistance. I only wish I personally had employees as helpful as he was. Please recognize his assistance for helping out so greatly. I Will Be Purchasing much more from your location due to this experience and others will as well. I buy all of the large appliances at Home Depot because of the great same as cash deals. Twelve or eighteen months same as cash. It saves me Alot of money

I would like to give the Crawfordsville Home Depot, the highest review. Everyone here is so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Especially the Pro Desk! Kimmy and Wanda do an excellent job! When you come in this store you can tell they have good leadership and management! All of the staff are so knowledgeable, and polite. I appreciate this store every time I visit here it’s a great experience!

I've lived in fourteen cities in three states and I've been to a lot of different Home Depot stores; the customer service in the Crawfordsville store is quite possibly the best I've had! Way to go!

I buy stuff all the time and always get the best deals

Their app is poorly designed, it's difficult to find things in the store, checkouts are always at the far end of the store unless you're buying lumber and they are no longer the price leader.

No one at the store would actually help me find what I needed. It was always a point and a "somewhere near here". It's a big store, a big store I am not familiar with, can you actually help?

Clerks helped us load 5 gallon containers of paint and check out with gift cards that were not easy. Friendly and helpful!
