bad attitudes from sales people. No help when you need it. Empty isles from customer support

The store was amazing. The associates were amazing. They were very helpful and had all the answers.

Great Store

I would like to acknowledge the appliance specialist Patrick Castagna. Without his initiative I would have settled for a different washing machine instead of my first choice. I left the store happy despite the long wait. Please hire more reps like Patrick...I can only visit your store in the evening and if there's a sale, why is there only one specialist on duty?

It's a friendly environment at this Home Depot. Has good parking, every time I needed something it's was on the shelves. Employees are good & decent . If you need any groceries Stop & Shop super market is just across from Home Depot with convenient price. Nice area & location for Home Depot next to Belt parkway!

Of all the stores nearby, this has the best selection and condition of plants and herbs!

I SHOP THIS STORE OFTEN AND FIND THE INVENTORY IS EXCELLENT ACROSS THE BOARD AND SALES SUPPORT EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY IN THE APPLIANCE SECTION. THE CHECKOUT LINE CAN GET LONG AT THE OUTDOOR PLANT SECTION. PUDDLES FROM RAIN CAN MAKE PARKING AT A CONVENIENT LOCATION DIFFICULT.

Great Store! Online pick up is fast and convenient, associates are always available to assist you with your project, and most importantly the registers have amazing cashiers that provide quick and courteous check outs; so, I'll be in and then out of the store.

Best store ever! The store is clean and well organized. An most importantly there are always associates available to assist you with you're shopping. My only con is that if you come in the evening hours it can be little messy and short on staff; but, overall excellent store.

Store need more attention, I find products because I know the merchandise, NO HELP, From the associates I saw good review for only 2 of them Rene help me at the service desk and Roman help me load all others ignoring customers and the 2 associated I deal at the pro desk one no respect because he when to help other customer before finish with me and the second person I very arrogant and did not care did not give any options for delivery or pick up the merchandise. First time ever I'm doing a review or a complain and if your competition will have the materials I need I'll go to him but I got my Customer to select the items from Home Depot and can't changed.

Helped me all the way till i got what i was looking for, Did his best to get me the best price possible and advised me on every question i asked. I always have a good experience when I shop here. Don't like that security has to check your purchase products , when they clearly see you at the check out counter. the then that not bad.

Every employee that I encountered was friendly and truly interested in helping me. Many approached me voluntarily. The store is well stocked and neat.
