as i siad before this time my experience was differen that other time the cashier was very polite and tell thank you not like other time

Would not change a thing you made the store alot better to shop in .there are people greeting you when you come in ,even with a smile

The customer service provided by Head Cashier Diane was way above my expectations.

Store was clean,Aisles were marked for finding products easily!!

Pick up merchandise has always been a nightmare for me, because all the waiting. But not with this store, as soon as I went in I was greeted and my order was prepared for me in a matter of minutes and before I knew it I was out of the store on my way home. I definitely recommend shopping online here, it's the best!

I have shopped at nearly every store in the district and I have to say this store is by far the cleanness and all of the associates are more than willing to assist you when you need help. Also, online pick-up and customer was extremely fast and courteous; I was able to get my order in less than 5 min. So, the whole process was just in and out, just how I like it. Keep up the great work customer service desk!

again like I mentioned before there are days where I have big lumber orders and I prefer straight wood not warped and VICTOR patiently assists me. and then the daunting task of loading and VINNY assists me. cant thank them enough. thank you HOME DEPOT OF CROPSEY STORE 1256.

My overall experience at the store left me very satisfied.

the associate that helped me was wonderful. He knew exactly the item I was looking for not on display, the aisle and bin number as if had memorized the store. he smiled and helped others effortlessly but never forgot about me. I also did not have to lift anything heavy. I will drive 90mins home. I will return

Never truly was a fan of the almost dessertedness of the area, but that's not what's important. The associate that helped me decide a Washing Machine that fit within my budget, was quite the expert and very kind. Appliances are a tad more expensive than I recall, but so are the times. Awaiting Delivery, which the beginning process is pretty much benefited around your schedule, which is a plus.

I've been shopping with Home Depot for years.I use to have to go to the 24 hour Queens store back in the day.Then they built this location..along with some others in Brooklyn. Along the way I've shopped in many HD locations through out New York..The Cropsey store is one of the best locations when it comes to stock on hand.Great knowledgeable employees who will go that extra step to meet you needs.. Keep up the good work....!
