Riley was an amazing help with finding product for me at the store! Halloween items are in hot demand and she was able to locate a product for me that was not yet set out from receiving as restock. She took the time to locate the item and bring it to me. She rocks!

Hi, my name is Sean and I am a general contractor that spends over $70k a year at this specific location, I am sometimes here multiple times a day. Whether you get greeted nicely or you happen to run into an aggravated employee who seems rude and upset is a crap shoot. Usually the hostile employees are temporary and you will likely not see then in the coming months as they are likely seasonal or terminated, however, it doesn't change the fact that you have the unfortunate fate of having to deal with them. My last experience was from: Sales Person SLW24UF at the ProDesk of all places. Extremely rude and hostile even to my employee who was just trying to checkout. She had several comments and attitude the entire time. I'm really growing tired of these temporary employees. Jackie, who is the manager of the pro department really needs to get these folks in shape or ship them out.

Great selection, helpful employees. I wish the employees knowledge matched their fine attitude. Sometimes they do no know where products are located, but they act like they do.

This is definitely one of the best Home Depots I've been in! Clean store, they had what I was looking for and the staff are very friendly and helpful, even when checking out at the self-checkout.

There are many Home Depot Stores however this one should be listed as a tourist attraction; it's that nice - especially the workers. Thx

If you need doors or windows go see Romario, he is outstanding. He is very patience working with you on an order to make sure every detail and option is correct and what you want. I love my new doors and windows. Thank you Home Depot amd Romario!

Rude employees. Walk right passed you. Ask some of them questions and they won’t even look at you. There were two attentive employees I was able to get help from. Parking is horrible. Ruling to get out of the parking lot is horrible traffic backs up. This is the worst Home Depot I’ve been too. I’ve had issue in the past with this one. The only reason I have to go is that it’s by my work.

I was glad to find a knowledgeable, helpful staffmember in the electric dishwasher department. I needed to buy a new one to replace mine at home, which had partly fallen apart and stopped working recently. I knew very little about them and needed someone to answer my questions and guide me to an appropriate manufacturer and type for my needs. The gentleman was exactly what I needed, and I feel that he advised me well. He found choices for me in the store inventory and I chose a Kitchenaid model that I feel will be perfect for me. I feel fortunate to have had such a knowledgeable staffmember assist me. It took the worry out of making such a purchase. I will know now where to go for the next appliance that I need. Thank you.

Both girls were rude

They have everything you need and the customer service is amazing. The people that work there took the time to show me what I needed and assist me with checkout. And they like to say hello how are you a lot which is awesome. Lol. Thank you everyone

Use of the CLEAR service to qualify customers for your rentals needs to be improved. The system has too many glitches. I was told by one of your team members that I’m not the first person to have the issue that I had Home Depot cost me time and money because I was moving that morning and due to a three hour delay because of me not passing the clear process Not only did the movers have to leave, but I lost my reservation. I paid three times the price for my reservation it was a very dissatisfied and embarrassing situation, especially since I am a member of the clear service and I readily travel using clear.

They use to have "experts" in several departments. Now I feel like almost nobody there is an expert. The warm greetings are long g9ne and employees have been turned in to robots.

From the moment I asked where lawnmowers were to the time I loaded it in my car, I received exceptional customer service. Milton went above and beyond helping us find everything we needed and helped us load it on the carts and was there all the way through check out to help load everything in the vehicle. Above and beyond exceptional service!

I only shop Home Depot because of the warmth and excitement customer service. This Cumberland HD is one of my favorites as the store is so clean and well organized The Garden Center is every person’s fantasy it’s so beautiful

Please get your blade repaired in the lumber department! It should not be out of service for over a week! Damian's service was outstanding!

On Thursday my wife and I went to our local Home Depot where we have purchased all our other Appliances. Prior to going we had spoken to JOHN ADAMS and helped us focus in on needs to replace our fridge. We had set up a time to see John in person to finalize our purchase. He “went the extra mile” to answer all of our questions and concerns. He did a Wonderful job! We can’t wait for our new Whirlpool fridge to be delivered. Great job by John and the “team”.

Great for quick runs on in stock items. Horrible for online, curbside and everything else with substance or bulk. Wanna door? Wait 4hrs plus or order online and wait more. Either way, if you need it quick..don't trust this store. Go to Austell

bought stove. third party delivered. unable to select delivery date that worked. this job out of town so appliance is arriving before will be on site. Home Depot staff unable to modify or cancel order. Subsequently told they had 5 minutes after order placed to do so. We tried with numerous Home Depot internal and store support people to cancel or reschedule and unable to do so. so I'm stuck with trying to figure out how to be 300 miles away to receive order that's delivered when did not want it to be. Frustrating. lesson to all. Don;t order anything from Home Depot that is third party delivered.

Cumberland is the best Home Depot I've ever been in. It is always well stocked, with plenty of very helpful staff.

I'm an older lady and I needed 16 cinder blocks and caps and was loading them on a cart. When a female associate saw me she immediately came to help load. Then a male assocaite saw us loading and he came to help as well. The help was much appreciated!

The staff that works here are so friendly! Smiles that go on forever. This store has a wonderful energy about it.

I have never gone to this store and not found what I was looking for (and more).The associates are always friendly and helpful. They get a A+ from me for stock and service.

While buying bags of pebbles, I was trying to figure out how to get them into the cart. Along came Mohamed who quickly stepped up to help this old grandmother with her three little grandsons. Not only did he get me to the cash register, he took the time to show me where the brown paper was to put in the bottom of my trunk. He didn’t stop there. We got to my car, he placed the brown paper at the bottom, & the heavy pebbles on top. He did all this & kept smiling the whole time. He was very patient & very kind. When I go back to Home Depot, I’ll be looking for him—a definite asset to this business!

It is harder to find employees in the aisles these days. I find knowledgeable team members in the aisles every time. Most recently it was Electrical.

I did not expect to get help when my friend and I recently Stopped at this store to pick up some needed gardening and landscaping supplies. But when we arrived a very nice young man offered assistance and loaded heavy items on our cart and then put them in our vehicle. He was super compassionate, friendly, and professional. He exemplified excellent customer service. I was impressed with the selection and the friendly employees who greeted us and offered assistance. I highly recommend this store!
