Bought a singing Minion for 9 year old and struggled to put it in the car. One of the employees pulls a strap out of his truck and secures it to my bike rack. When I tried to return it, he told me to keep it and thanked for being a customer. Our family will be customers for life!

We bought 5 cabinets and was able to get a 10% discount which ended up dropping that last cabinet from $70 to $4.

Asked a associate a if their is such thing as an self closing door hing and took me directly to the item I purchased and installation was easy and works perfectly

Shopping at Marketplace Home Depot is ready. Personnel are friendly and helpful finding what you need to get those Christmas decorations up.

Ran into two incredible employees (Trey and Andrew) while I was walking around shopping,so welcoming and when I needed a product from Annother part of the store they ran to get it for me

I am a widow so I do a lot of the things my husband did, many times “flying blind” so to speak. There is always someone there that can tell me how I can accomplish my project and what it will take to do it.

I made a mistake in ordering incorrect product online. Called early next morning and Edith personally found the driver and corrected my order without it being delivered and me having to refuse it. She even handled the reorder and got early am delivery the next day.

The delivery was awesome, very professional.

This store is always understaffed! Tried to order a double wall oven, after three trips to the store and many phone calls finally got someone in a different department (a manager) to order it for us! The third time at the store we waited 1hr and 10mins while the employee in appliances went on a break and even knowing we were waiting still did not come out.... we just ended up leaving! Installation was unprofessional. It's been sitting in our garage for two weeks after delivery! Installer got sick and rescheduled, then discovered appliance was damaged, so rescheduled again, then installer had personal issues so had to reschedule again and then on the day of install got a call they couldn't make it! It's still sitting in my garage! Apparently tomorrow is the day! But now we are struggling to find someone to be at the house as myself and husband work and cannot take off tomorrow. I never want to shop at this store again!!

Went to look at refrigerators. They were very helpful and we purchased one.

Did not receive all items at curbside pick up, went in store to get them they advised there was no stock. I WAS CHARGED FOR THESE - over $100. I did get a refund but the fact they closed this order as complete and charged me but didn't even provide the items is purely theft.

Home Depot is miles ahead of other big box stores. Their return policy is hassle free

Found exactly what I needed in a short period of time, competitively priced , good selection of this particular product type to choose from, multiple size packages of the exact brand of the product I needed. Also Store location is convenient w plenty close in parking.

This is the only Home Depot location that goes above and beyond to help a customer find what they need. Whenever I come here I will ask where something is if I can't find it and they will walk me to the item location or call for floor assistance in the department I need. Every single time!!!! 😃🏡

There seems to always have carts & flat carts parked in the blue striped spots for handicap customers. In the spring & fall the pallets of bagged dirt are parked there. We are unable to park there. When needing wheelchair access, not available

Needed a dehumidifier. 5 kinds in stock. Only 1 on the floor.

I came into this location to grab a few indoor pest control items and went straight to the aisle, only to find the shelves in complete disarray. Products were scattered, misplaced, and clearly not being maintained with any consistency. It looked like no one had bothered to straighten or organize the section in days. As a regular customer, it’s frustrating to see such a lack of basic upkeep. I usually shop at the Dawsonville location because, unlike here, they actually know how to maintain their shelves properly. Things are where they’re supposed to be, and it’s obvious someone is paying attention to the department. This store could really take a page out of their book.

After multiple phone conversations I scheduled my pickup at the store She made special efforts to find me at my vehicle during loading just to meet me in person

Go to another location this location most of the time don't have products and the costumer service is not good

Manager Ron Tootle is a great professional. We bought outdoor furniture and Weber Grill and all the accessories. He walked us through every step of the way from explaining the products in a very authentic way, all the way to assembling and delivery. This was a 5 star visit. Also, found the vibe at the Cumming store to be very uplifting. Mason was also a pleasure to work with. Every employee had smile. So rare to find d these days.

I bought 4 $200 gift cards in december. They all have the issue of no PIN number. It is a nightmare of a maze to get it corrected. I realize HD can't just hand over money, but it takes so long and many employees just shrug and say "I don't know what to do."

Keep the garden center gate open year round !!!!!!!
