I went to pick up an online order made the night before - with my dog. Scottie was the associate that helped me pick up and pay for my order. She could see I was having a bit of trouble managing getting my payment and holding items while holding my dog - she was super helpful and patient during the entire transaction.

New Fridge delivered today and does not work. Have to wait 5 days to have someone out to access issue. HD cannot provide a time window of morning or afternoon. Very poor response to crappy situation. Guessing they have too much biz and just don't care.

It is not a specific problem to this Home Depot, but Home Depot in general. There is not enough help on the floor to help you with questions or when you need to buy a product that is locked up. If you have questions, you probably know more than the associate. Home Depot is no longer the destination for the aspiring handyman.

Leigh went above and beyond to help us with our carpet purchase. She is the reason that we decided to go with Home Depot. She continued to keep us informed when the carpet was on sale, and she was always so patient with our numerous questions.

I was looking for Christmas items from the Nightmare before Christmas when one of your employees asked if she could help us. Su looked up an item for us and stayed with us until she checked us out. This store made us feel valued. Thanks Su

I asked one of the cashiers for help and she told me to ask the guy in the tool area so I did and he was no help at all. I told him I needed a tool that was in the cage and he said to go over to the side where the tools were like i could just get the tool I went back to where he was and it was like I had the plague and he didn’t want to help me at all. So I walked back to where the tools where and I manager happened to walk by and asked me if I needed help and I said yes I needed a Milwaukee hammer drill. He looked and looked but we could not find them so he said what if I knock $50 off a kit that was usually $299 and the hammer drill I wanted was $199. I said yes of course I will do that deal. $50 extra to get a case, charger and two extra batteries!! I was blown away by this he was so helpful and I’m extremely appreciative for what he did for me. I almost asked if I could get the extra m18 8.0 forge battery also cause that is the deal Home Depot is running now but I didn’t want to press my luck. I will definitely do all my purchases through this Home Depot from now on just because of this manager. I wish I had his name but I never got it. Thanks again for the help.

I have been in Home Depot multiple times and this is the first time an employee gave me a sheet of paper so could sign up for my military discount. Kudos to that female employee.

I’ve shopped at several Home Depot stores and other hardware stores for over 35 years and I’ve got to share the store in Cumming, Ga is the greatest store I’ve ever shopped in. The Cumming Home Depot is one of the busiest stores to shop in at times but that doesn’t stop me. I’m always greeted by a friendly staff that genuinely ask if they can help or assist which is nice. Most of the time I know what I want before I shop but sometimes may find a better product with assistance. The store is clean and shelves well stocked throughout the seasons. So this location is my go to place for home projects or unscheduled repairs. I recommend checking it out for yourself. It’s the Greatest Home Depot in my opinion.

Service sucks. Vey bad.

I have been in a lot of Home Depot‘s and you can definitely tell when you have good management versus bad management. The store was well-maintained. Had plenty of shopping carts and even had the flat carts available and then there appropriate places was well maintained and help was available if needed. Really appreciated the hotdogs as we walked in and was a well needed treat at the moment. Management from what I can tell you are doing a good job.

Light was too small so we returned it. No problems at all, easy process and we found one we liked better.

At Cumming self-checkout, the computer confirmed my military discount but did not apply it to the discountable items. I asked the HD employee working in the self-checkout area and she said, "sometimes that happens" and walked off.

I bought a battery powered 40 volt Ryobi weed eater and it is a real gem. I have several compatible units and is great to have several batteries from the units that I can share with the one I am using.

Using the app, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The lady at check out was so nice, very personable with me and everyone else she encountered. Definitely a good face for the co. I like the options and the military discount.

Worked with Patrick to get a new lock rekeyed. He was a wizard, and he took time to show me how the rekeying process works. That reinforced my decision to bring it to him instead, because it does not look easy. Really appreciate his help, and he is an asset to your store and company.

We decided to take the carpet of 20 years out of our home and go with flooring. We did shop at many places. The employee Taylor at this Home Depot was so knowledgeable and helpful. It made our decision easy. We have have other jobs done by this store and always are satisfied with the service and insulation.

I visited the store no less than 6 times over 3 days. Each and every time I was met with outstanding customer service and friendliness. I must have had 10 different associates help me, cashiers, etc. and EVERY one was amazing. I would drive 20 miles out of my way to go to THIS store to get this kind of fantastic customer experience.

stopped in for a few items and one of the sales guys was very helpful but I fail to get his name. Check out was a breeze, Salvia was fast and friendly.

The first time I went to Home Depot was at the store on memorial drive near Decatur with my father. I was impressed with it because was familiar with Builders Square in Texas. There seemed to better choices and customer service.

I visited Garden Department travelling from Sylva NC to Cumming GA! Nicole gave me an outstanding service! I was very impressed with her genuine care and concern about my shopping needs! I highly recommend shopping this store, as staff members are very. helpful!

This is the worst place ever! They promise large purchases and then can not deliver… literally can not deliver.. because the driveway is gravel and it’s raining… it’s a fridge! It’s packaged flooring, it’s a bag of supplies… so yes I’m sure a “doer can get to the HD put their own hands on something but it and take it home and get it done… but if it comes to the actual store, employees, management, “DOING” anything that is the extreme complete opposite! Swipe that card and watch the circus show begin! Delivery truck says can’t deliver today it’s gravel.. yes sir it’s been gravel for 20 years.. oh mam I can try again Friday.. well sir I hate to disappoint but it’s Monday and I’m not taking another day off because Friday my driveway will still be gravel and your still gonna be incompetent on your work abilities.. well I do t deliver on gravel driveways.. ok so you lied about coming back Friday!? Mam I have to go I have an important call… smh. Complete example of “HOME DEPOT.. Where doers don’t work!”
