I appreciate the quality employees at this location and the professional help. I got finding the product I needed three employees that helped tremendously are Ryobi rep Hadiyah Khan.. and Home Depot sales associates, Charlie and Cole

Is it too much to ask for the people working the customer service desk to know how to complete a phone sale and lookup a registered card, especially when the Pro Desk is closed???

Bought 15 heavy items on March 8th. I asked if they would load it in my SUV. A Home Depot employee immediately said yes. Not only did he go and get the items from garden center stock but also took them to my cat and loaded them. I’m getting older and thus was a Hugh help for me.

I bought a cole its better then the cole they serve on publix

As a disabled veteran, I want to thank this store for having such a helpful staff who could see that I was having trouble. They helped lift and load bags of mulch and made sure I picked up all I needed.

I have been to many stores in Georgia because of my business and the Cumming store has the friendliest staff. Also the employees here on the pro side go out of their way to help.

I come to look at some flooring, lights, and some mulch. Getting ready for this spring. Everyone was very helpful and kind! Micah in flooring is great and showed me all the decorative tile Home Depot offers! Drew in garden helped with loading assistance! Connor in electrical got some lights down from above.

Employees were available to help and provide customer service, a rarity these days it seems.

The app led me in the correct direction, and associates were super-helpful. Great experience!

Ask for Silvia and gina they are the best people and very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating you thru your needs. Kudos to Silvia for going the extra mile and help us today.

I like their service

Larry and Cartlon were right at the door to welcome me in and direct me to the appropriate aisle. I needed to return an item and they were that team. They are terrific with each other, funny and it makes my night. I was cooking home from work and had this return nagging me. I just wanted to go home but I am so glad I stopped. I left Home Depot feeling young again. I laughed and smiled my way home. Who does this for people anymore? You do... Thanks Larry and Carlton. No grumps in this bunch.

Maggie in the paint department has helped me twice and goes above and beyond to be sure that the customer has what they need and is educated about how to use the products needed. She is a gem!

Mohini provides amazing support to customers of this Home Depot store.

Today I reluctantly drove to Home Depot to buy bags of rocks for a mud hole at the end of my driveway. As I was checking out, Art both offered to help with my checkout as well as transfer the bags into my vehicle. Altogether the bags weighed between 80-100lbs. Because of his kindness I didn't have to struggle to get the bags into the suv, and a great impact for good was made. I'm a woman in my late 40s and am beyond grateful for any men who are still willing to be chivalrous. I'm deeply grateful for Art's above and beyond customer service, and do wish more of us today were openly thoughtful and kind to others in such ways as he was today.

Su was very supportive, and friendly and provided an amazing experience at this home depot store.

Excellent place for all house improvement shopping

Shelves are always stocked and staff are always helpful and friendly. This is exactly what I expect when I make one of my several trips to HD in any given week!

The Home Depot in Cumming may very well be my most favorite location out of all that I’ve shopped at in the US. I frequently stop at Home Depot for work, but the Cumming location is my preferred store. Every associate I’ve ever worked with has been a please, and on the day of this review, Su set the bar that all employees could learn from. She helped me every step of the way, from product selection to checkout. She even helped me get approved for a Home Depot credit card! Big shoutout to this store and the whole team.

Everyone I dealt with at this location goes above and beyond to assist me

Waited 30 minutes to find someone to cut lumber. Multiple employees promised to find someone but never did. Finally an employee named Su stepped up and found someone. She went above and beyond.

I’m 66 and was dreading buying 200 pavers but the employees at Cumming Home Depot made my experience a good one by stacking and loading the pavers

Home Depot team of associates are always so helpful! Always greeted with a cheerful greeting and a smile! And directed or even taken to location of the items that I am seeking! Checkout time is another great experience!

While needing to speak to a manager the csr had to call numerous times, when he finally answered it seemed like he was giving the associate a complete runaround. When a customer asks to speak to a manager, they should make themselves available instead of flustering the employee by not helping. Other than that the experience was good
