I always find what I am looking for, However no one ever helps me or asks me if I need help.

We have always found help at the store when needed and the staff is well trained on the products.

I am always very satisfied with my visits to this Home Depot store. They usually have what I'm looking for at a reasonable price. If I ever have a question, there's always someone willing to help with their expertise. Overall...awesome store!

The store was having the 4th of July sale and slashing prices. The sales associate was nice, funny and extremely patient because my wife and I had trouble deciding. The sales associate also provided personal experiences to help us

The Cutler Bay store #207 is easily the best Home Depot in Miami! Great customer service with friendly, patient employees that look like they love their jobs. It is always stocked with the products I need, and the Garden Section is one of the best around!

Great. Is not cleaned at all. But its organized really organized. Assosiates are really helpfull and friendly with every one. That is a nice detail.

Except for the help with loading my vehicle, I am never sorry that I shop here.

Since purchasing my house a few months ago, I have made SO MANY trips to Home Depot. I've always found what I was looking for, and the sales associates (in all departments) have always been very helpful and friendly. My fiance and I enjoy going to Home Depot.

My experience at Home Depot was exellent I got all the help I need and found everyone to be very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store.

Clerks were not knowledgeable of products and did not speak clearly and I was sent to three aisles before I found what I came into the store for. Several employees also mumbled answers and this also lead to confusion.

I liked the ceiling fan display, it helped in choosing a proper fan for my home.

Inside, a very nice young employee insisted on helping me lift the 3 (50#) bags of sand into my cart ; the cashier was super pleasant, & even outside, an older male employee helped me load the bags into my trunk (after helping me find my car,lol.) Wonderful service immediately after a very opposite experience at another store. (I hope to never have to use hhgregg again).

The customer service I received from the associate URSHALA was above and beyond any expectation I could have imagined. This young lady was able to spare me a long trip to the store by paging two associates of mine and assisting them with the help they needed to assure they were purchasing the right material. In short I wont to thank The Home Depot for hiring such an exceptional employee.

The store is easily accessible, staff and members available without much detective work to find one. Shelves are well stocked and product variety more than adequate. One of the reasons I enjoy this particular store is that the associates are friendly and to the point.
