we couldnt have done it without this gentlemen! we bought all equipments and other items worrg about 15k in one day and still continue to buy things as we get personlized attention everytime we go. The manager - Yoneil is the best at this home depot!!!

Throughout this year, I have purchased many different products of excellent quality and at a good price in this store. I have always received excellent service and assistance from the staff, and of all the Home Depots I have visited, this one is the most organized and clean.

I had a long winded issue. Dealing wt the warehouse sending wrong size lumber and the manager kadoo stuck with me at 9pm until issue was resolved. Never once being annoyed of eager to just say I cant it's warehouse issue. He attended to me on two separate visits always same great customer service.

My wife and I went to home depot to buy new appliances for our kitchen, after asking for assistance , someone immediately located the sales member designated to the department, and we were assisted after almost no wait. The sales team was amazing, Raul helped to put everything together, took his time and made the process a smooth one, answering all of our questions and concerns. We also had the pleasure to be assisted by the sales manager, Kadoo, who was extremely helpful. Kadoo showed professionalism, empathy, and was very easy to do business with. I will definitely return to this home depot for future home needs and renovations, and expect nothing but the amazing care and help offered by this team. I 100% recommend, and once again, thank you.

Alberto and the rental and the manager who’s been there for 42 years and about to retire , Mario , I believe have excellent customer service skills . We are remodeling a small part of our home and have rented so much equipment from Home Depot that it was such a smooth process with Alberto . However , the cashier lady has an attitude . She wears hoop earrings , speaks Spanish and disdain she gives off is ridiculous . She ask if we need assistance was more of you’re bothering me . All three of four times we went into the store for supplies was a distasteful interaction with her . She is rude , inconsiderate and lacks customer service skills . The manager mentioned she has only been working there for three weeks and will talk to her . I pray she changes as I’m aware in this economy we all need our job but ; if things don’t improve … perhaps a different employment where she is better suited would suffice .

I am writing to suggest that more personnel be assigned to the lines sections to assist customers. As someone who enjoys shopping at Home Depot but lacks extensive construction experience, I believe additional support would greatly benefit customers like me. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

This is my favorite Home Depot to visit because of the customer service you go in and out really quick. They really know what they doing.

I think the leadership at this location is very poor and should be held accountable for not following policies and procedures due to there incompetenve.

This store has everything, but sometimes the aisles are so cluttered you can't push a cart down it. I call this the best Home Depot and the worst Home Depot I've ever been in. If you need it, they got it, just good luck getting to it.

Never Buy Any Appliances in Home Depot CUTLER RIDGE Store #0207. Customer Service is Horrible. They are Disrespectful, they lie to your face, laugh on your face, even if you are DA employee

I want to share my unpleasant experience at a Home Depot store. While I could write a detailed account, I’ll summarize it here. When I first walked in, I went straight to the paint section. The employee there didn’t seem interested in helping me, likely because I don’t speak Spanish. I asked several questions, but he brushed me off and offered no advice on which products would work best for my needs. I ended up just asking him to mix my paint and moved on to find the rest of the items I needed. When I reached the flooring aisle, I saw another employee and tried to ask for assistance. He responded with “no English” and immediately turned away, continuing with whatever he was doing. It seemed he didn’t even attempt to help me because of the language barrier. I would expect someone to find another employee who could assist me, but that didn’t happen. My wife eventually used a translator app to communicate with him, and he directed us to vinyl flooring, which wasn’t what we needed. In the end, we received no useful help at all. At checkout, I asked to speak with a manager, only to discover it was the same person who had mixed my paint earlier. I explained the situation, but his response shocked me. He said his employees didn’t need to speak English and that as long as they “tried” to help, there was nothing more he could do. This was frustrating since the language barrier clearly prevented me from finding the correct flooring for my project. The manager, Yaniel, handled the situation unprofessionally, and his dismissive attitude left me feeling disrespected. Another employee overheard the conversation and suggested I fill out this survey to share my experience, which I’m doing now.

with the help of the staff, i found a company who will send me a plumber to replace my water heater who is brokend.it's reassuring to have the home depot back ground,I have being very desapointing whis a regular plumber. thank you very much .C.M.

Yesterday I ran into Home Depot to buy two huge 5 gallon buckets of paint and primer. There was a young lady in the paint department named Ayana.. her customer service and knowledge save me a great deal of money and time on labor that would've been lost. You need something that Paint department asked for this girl.

I shop at the HomeDepot quite frequently and have noticed over the months positive changes in staff attitudes and availability. I’m not a novice to home repairs so I seldom need help, maybe just to confirm availability of product or a specific aisle location. Although anecdotal, I have observed changes in staff engagement where they are looking to help instead of looking to hide and avoid possibly helping someone build a house from scratch. Good job to whoever is involved in leadership and making changes or incentivizing the staff.

This store is very cramped and dirty I think it could be better as other surroundings store the management leadership is in peril very poor

There are lazy employees at this Home Depot so to purchase here , you have to bring a shopping cart from the parking lot for you to use. While home depot employees are talking or checking facebook etc.

I love how the employees help out and treat everyone if you need help with anything they stop what they are doing just to help out. Also this everything is affordable here.
