Horrible experience every time I go. Especially with curbside pickup.

This Home Depot store needs a bit of cheering up. Some uplifting decor would be helpful. Also some music might make the shopping experience more pleasant. The store associates were very helpful and polite. Thank you I appreciated that.

Most staff is very knowledgeable about the products in the areas they work, or can direct you to someone who can help

My husband and I needed appliances for our kitchen and we were worried about expenses and wanted to make the best decision product/price wise. When we enter the store, a young gentlemen named Lazaro Jimenez, welcomed us. He gave us all the information needed about the products and helped us by applying discounts that were available for our expensive purchase. Store manager Mr,"Kadoo"- sorry for the spelling, he gave us additional discount. Very grateful to Cutler Bay Home Depot. Definitely, Lazaro, Jimenez at Cutler Bay Home Depot, provided us the best attention and very polite even after a long day working, he made sure we left Home Depot with the products we wanted and the best price he could. Mr. Jimenez deserves to be thanks for the great job he does. But also all the employees were extremely willing to help us given that it was very late almost 8 PM. The manager also very attentive, we greatly appreciate the service at Home Depot and will definitely go back!!

Store is Small however, it Appears to have Everything I am looking for.

The store is always clean and the employees are super helpful and respectful. Special recognition goes to Assistant Manager, Kadoo Kelly who was extremely helpful on my last visit.

Do not order delivery from Home Depot during the pandemic. They are overwhelmed and disorganized. Don’t go to the store to randomly walk around either. Check into pick up and request curbside pick up and demand you get the correct order status updates.

Compared to our previous Home Depot in Louisiana, folks here are friendly, helpful and work hard to get you what you need and on your way.

This the cleanest and well organized Home Depot I have gone too so far. They have great customer service. Everyone was smiling and saying hello. Everyone was very helpful.

I am so thankful for Home Depo! you have helped us through several hurricane disasters. The first one was Andrew and the store was at a different location. The supplies you provided we life saving. Then we've been through 4 other less severe hurricanes and the two stores we use have been more than helpful and friendly. They are a part of out community that we could not do without. Not enough registers open for the long lines of people waiting. Employee starts to open a register and then walks away. Other employees standing around looking at the lines, on their cell phones, etc. Cashier takes out her cell phone while taking care of customer. In the middle of taking care of customers, stops to talk to other employees. Have people available to help customers. Could not find anyone in the garden section.

The service on that store isn't great.

The store was organized and the personal was friendly and helpful.

This location has improved dramatically. I've lived in Cutler Bay for about 14 years and consistently shopped at the Falls do to the selection and quality of the merchandise including the Garden area, but I can see that more thought is being given to the Cutler Bay stores assortment, the area is improving and the store needs to keep up.

It is an older store but the people do there best to keep it in good shape. The customers are very messy.

Home Depot is wonderful! They are so much better than others stores competitive. I bought many things there. I have shopped at Home Depot for years. They are one of the best stores I use. I highly recommend Home Depot.

The employees were very helpful and very warm. They made me feel like I mattered and that they appreciated my business. I will definitely shop here more often.

The store interior is nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful- but the parking lot situation is a nightmare. There are 40+ men hanging out all over the parking lot and it makes for an uncomfortable and unsafe situation for customers and employees. I felt extremely uncomfortable walking to the store from my car with the men watching my every move. Please get some security at this store, I won’t be coming back alone to this location again.
