There are lazy employees at this Home Depot so to purchase here , you have to bring a shopping cart from the parking lot for you to use. While home depot employees are talking or checking facebook etc.

I love how the employees help out and treat everyone if you need help with anything they stop what they are doing just to help out. Also this everything is affordable here.

The other day while looking for patio furniture I came across a set that I loved, but I didn't have anyone to help me assemble the same. Thus, I asked for the floor model. Not only did the staff explain about the product but also mentioned that it had extra 50% off. Not just stopping at that but also went out of the way to make sure i got the floor model.

Wanda was excellent in helping me get everything I needed for the property I was renovating, very knowledgeable.

Staff is not willing to assist customers.

I went to this Home Depot to buy some rebar i needed for a project I had. In order to get to the rebar I had to climb over 3 pallets that they had placed blocking everything. these were not placed there temporarily they were so they didn't have to put them away. The entire building department was a complete disaster!

After having a bad experience in the store, as I was about to load my purchase into my SUV Adrian came out of no where and delightfully helped me to load my items. Even as an item broke while loading he went inside the store and got me a new one. A+ customer service from this one individual!!!!

Generally, the employees are rude, careless, and too busy on their phones to even consider helping the customers. At checkout, I was not greeted or thanked. I even stated that I was unable to find a certain product. The cashier had airpods in and was having a private phone conversation. I was ignored.

Good job to the cashier, she is well knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience yesterday when I went to Home Depot near my home. I received the assistance I needed in the lumber department and was in and out of the store in no time.

We have traveled around the country and never have we seen so many Home Depot employees working in one store! We estimated we saw 100 Home Depot employees working in all departments and on almost every isle! It was so nice to have so much help at every turn!

It was a very fast and spectacular experience.

I would like everyone know that the customer service at this location is a crap shoot! You have individuals that care less about service and then you have individuals like Ms. Flor that is great at customer service. Remember you don’t know what your going to get!
