employees need more product knowledge and better customer service and not just point you in derection of procduces but help you and or get some to help if you dont know and need to speack spanish a lill

Mundo from hardware was amazing. I had trouble looking for a promotional product but couldn't find it on the shelf. I asked for help from Mundo and he didn't stop looking till he found it. Most stores just take a glance and say "oh sorry we seem to be out" so I'm glad he helped me out. As I went to the cashier. Jessica rang me up quick and efficient. She smiled the whole time I was there. Awesome team.

There are always lots of products at great prices!

I always enjoying going to this location because of the customer service I receive. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, even when the store is busy on the weekend.

The staff members at the Cypress Park location are phenonmal. They consistently go out of there way in assisting me. Their service always comes with a smile & their patience is endless! Thank you for your kind!

Somewhat this location needs to be more customers friendly, more speed service when assisting customers needs, replenishings stocks on the shelves and more often inventory of product availability.

The cashier Marleni is an angel.

Anthony in the rental department is a solid guy and very helpful.

Employee in this stores are not customer oriented worker, they are all focus on stocking or checking thier inventory, nobody is willing to help or assist of costumer needs.

I live less than a mile away from this Home Depot. I love coming here makes me want to start many projects for home. Staff is well knowledged and the everyone is very friendly!

I was told I would get assistance to 10 bags of topsoil by the cashier. No one never showed up to load the topsoil. I am a 70 year old disabled Vet. I loaded the topsoil after waiting 15 minutes

I have been going to Home Depot for years. It's nice to know I can find almost everything I need there. The prices are decent and the service is excellent.

Recommend? Two more HD stores just a few miles north. No plastic spatulas in paint dept AND no 4" roof flashing in rain gutter dept. Going to Lowes.

Look for a guy named Mondo in Hardware, he is friendly & knows where everything is. I will never go back to Alhambra because I found Mondo. He was patient and very helpful, this guy deserves weekends off to be with his little boy!

The phone service area is a mess and to incompetent

Why is lumber never labelled properly? No prices. No wood type (Redwood? Pine? Fri? reated?) and no lengths/widths.

You have a good garden department boasting butterfly friendly plants and yet you sell ROUND UP which is pure environmental poison. No - I'm not an eco-freak tree hugger but every jug of that poison you sell kills butterflies and poisons the environment. An you know it.

Very often an expensive (?) item has a barcode but no $$ price listed on shelf or the item. Can we scan these items to view actual price before we get a shock at the cash register? Other stores have this service.

VERY UNORGANIZED. NO EMPLOYEES TO ASSIST IN THE DEPARTMENTS. NEVER HAVE ITEMS, NEEDED, CASHIERS ARE NOT COURTEOUS.
