This store was 1/2 to 1/3 larger than the older Manassas/Chantilly locations I am familiar with. I was looking for Phillips Wiz digital lightbulbs and there was a large selection and plenty of each item in stock. Also, I saw that Home Depot Dale City has a funny collection of Halloween Decorations and Robots for sale!

I recently had a skylight blind installed, which required measuring and a professional installation. The store employees that walked me through the process and helped me pick out the blind were very friendly, helpful and professional. In addition, the gentleman that came to install the blind was wonderful - he did a great job with the installation and also helped me rearrange my furniture afterward. I would definitely choose HD again for help with house projects!

I want to recognize Regano, a cashier associate at Home Depot, for delivering one of the most exceptional customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Regano exemplified professionalism, care, and follow-through while helping me resolve a warranty issue. While many companies talk about great customer service, Regano demonstrated it in action. From the moment she greeted me with a pleasant and respectful tone, I felt seen—not just as a customer, but as someone whose time and concerns mattered. She took the initiative to research my issue thoroughly, then personally connected me with the right colleague in the department related to my product. What stood out most was that she didn’t simply pass me off—she stayed engaged until the item was properly matched and a replacement was secured. That level of ownership is rare. As a longtime Home Depot customer who has spent thousands of dollars—including over $5,000 on a bathroom remodel just a couple of years ago—I can confidently say I’ve never received the level of care and professionalism that Regano provided. She didn’t just meet expectations—she elevated them. Regano is a credit to the Home Depot team. Five stars, without hesitation.

Every time I go to this location about once a week the people are always friendly and welcoming. They always know the product and the products use.

Employees seemed preoccupied with other things than unlocking cabinets so I could get what I wanted.

I believe Home Depot is giving back to the community.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to your employees for safely keeping my wallet, which I accidentally left at the self-checkout register. I was very worried that someone might take it and misuse my credit cards. I'm truly grateful for their honesty and quick action.

It seems whenever I go to Home Depot for something and have a question about whatever I'm looking for, I have to hunt down a store employee for assistance.

The female manager with the dred locks rocks! She runs her store like a well oiled machine. Friendly and VERY EFFICIENT! . The kid that works in the heat and air conditioner dept was just absolutely wonderful! Knew leveraging. I had a very good experience. Good job guys.!

I normally go Springfield cause it’s closer to me, I have been to Dale city couple of times but this time I really feel a difference, no matter where I go, literally every staff would ask what I was looking for and helped me to get the product I needed. The new management is awesome. Very pleasant experience

Terrible treatment by an employee. I will never shop at any HD again

I am regular shopper at this store. Only concern is having to use the bathroom. I understand but hope you find another solution.

During my trip I conducted 2 things: #1 return of an unused and not needed item. This return was to say the least heavily scrutinized. #2 Purchase other items. The cashier was on her phone having a personal conversation and could care less about me. The same for other employees who were talking to one another.

I came into the appliance department to purchase a particular gas range. After discussing the pro and cons of the range I purchased a different gas range. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The place is convenient for me and parking is so easy

They need more help in t he Door's department. I wanted to buy a storm door but needed some help, there was only one person in that department. I waited for awhile it was taking too long so I left i could have went to a competitive store but I didn't. I will let try another day .

I went to purchase a dryer. Mark assisted me and was extremely friendly and helpful. I was extremely satisfied with my new dryer purchase.

Did not use proper base tint that was used previously and color came out too dark

you know about 6 years ago i quite patronizing the dale city home depot. it was the pits. the clerk were non existent. i traveled to garrisonville for home depot shopping. about 3-4 months ago i went into the woodbridge/dale city store just to do a price check. i visited the appliance dept and was shocked to meet a sales clerk who knew his department. i decided to buy. what an improvement...i will continue to spend my money at your store.

Makes your store look bad due to associates fighting on the sales floor (appliance area) Makes HD look ghetto.. get better workers !

They moved the orange cart from where it used to be down by the garden to the front entry which causes you to push your heavy load further back to where the garden sod top soil and other heavy items are

Maurice in plumbing is great! He was able to personally assist me in what items I needed to fix my leak and help me in my other purchases. I greatly appreciate his assistance and knowledge in knowing exactly what it was I needed to buy.
