Found a very knowledgeable and friendly assistant in the tiles department, he helped me with a mile long list from my contractor. Explained everything and took his time to help me. This person changed my mind about Home Depot! People like this keep customers coming back.

Unfortunately, some of the customer service reps are rude and do not really want to help. There are a few that are really good however and make you feel valued. I would like to mention Brenda and Elton as being great at helping out customers and making a person feel valued. Some of the others either need training or a position better suited for them.

I have been going to this Home Depot since it opened. I've purchased items in the store and online, excellent experience every time. I've also had there in home flooring service do carpeting in my home, Wow, absolute amazing job. Great store...D Davis

Customer Service and sales associates are very friendly and helpful in assisting you with your orders and home project needs. And, for the most part we can find whatever we need on the shelves. That is why we are repeat customers!

I have shopped here for several years after buying a new home in the area. I've made many visits for paint, landscaping, flooring, electrical, etc. On two occasions I received really great customer service where the employees went above and beyond. Once to correct a mistake they made and once to correct a mistake I made. Rarely find this kind of service today.

the store was clean and items were super easy to find. the staff was friendly upon entering and exiting the store. no complaints!

The staff in the Garden Center at this location are excellent. When I entered the garden center, I made a beeline for the mulch with a flat bed cart. Eric saw me heading that way, met me there and offered to assist. Forty-five minutes later when I was headed to my car, he was in the parking lot and offered again to help me in loading my car. Other staff in the garden center were quick to respond to my questions about where to find items I needed.

Tyree, Garnett and Maurice are very enjoyable, courteous, and professional.They ensured that we had all of the correct items to do our do it yourself project. I would definitely recommend using this home depot.

The handling of my floor installation was extremely poor and frustrating. This Home Depot is not reliable and when the employees state they will call you back, they don’t. I’ve been trying to get my vinyl installation done for over a month now and due to one of the Home Depot techs who came out and did the quote, he did NOT do the espestas test like he was suppose to. So, when the installers came to do the flooring.. AFTER I paid someone to come out and remove my toilet since that’s something they won’t remove, cleared out all my items from the bathroom, kitchen and hallway just to tell me they can’t do it and need to wait for the test to come back. It’s been 12 days and still no call back on the test results and after calling Home Depot twice and being told from a guy named Nick he would call me back and he NEVER did, I had to drive up there, I’m now still waiting for someone to call me back to get my dang on flooring done! The assistant manager who I spoke to was nice but as of this Friday if my appointment isn’t scheduled, I’m canceling. The contracting place they use ACS are rude and don’t return phone calls. The tech from Home Depot should have done his job correctly and someone should have been out there already to do my aspestos test !!!! I’ve never, ever experienced such horrible service at a hardware store in my life.

Very clean, organized, and well stocked.

Deceptive practices, there are alot of items they do not give military discount on, whereas others give it on anything and everything you buy there. They gave out bad info on the phone, forced to me buy inferior products for their install. Didnt tell me that they would REQUIRE a different electrical outlet. Pretty much any way they could annoy, they did. I called the manager and he said he would call LG, called back and basically said... too bad. Did not apologize for my inconvenience. He kinda hinted our wiring as old... not good... and the hoses were too short to accomodate our counter top.

Travis P at The Home Depot located at 14025 Foulger Square, Woodbridge, VA 22192 was completely awesome! Nice, courteous, and very responsive to our customer concerns and questions. We had decided to buy a new washer and dryer and Travis P was the sales associate that helped us throughout or purchase. The Home Depot will continue to excel having employees like Travis which truly care about customer. Thank you very much, The Home Depot is GREAT!8!

Eric in plumbing found what I needed in those hundreds of plumbing fittings. Lots of self -checkout lanes open. I was in and out in 10 mins.

Employees rarely wear face masks properly nor do they enforce the same to too many customers who don't care. Can not rely on in-stock inventory data so its a waste of time thinking you can check on in-stock inventory prior to going to the store, causing the customer to search other stores with better inventory control which may have the items you need. Return desk always have customers trying to get replacement tools or what every because they bought the warranty thinking Home Depot backs the warranty. Mobility scooters are rarely functional. Limits many items from military discount. All this at a time when home improvement stores are making record profits.

Scheduled for flooring estimate for today paid $35. They did not show or call or email, wasted my entire day waiting. Store will not acknowledge they made a mistake by calling some "ghost" number instead the number i provided. my order number : H4604-262947 If i don't hear back from store manager to let me know how they are willing to resolve this issue, i will gladly take my $9,000 over to Competition

All i can say is the service I have been provided is beyond poor, it is completely unacceptable! I ordered a bathroom vanity, and after asking if it had a backsplash, found out it did not upon installation. I then ordered a backsplash that was received broken, I then ordered another backsplash which was also received broken! When the store tried to re-order for the 3rd time, Kohler said it was back ordered and they couldn't accept an order. I then asked to speak to a manager and waited more than 20 minutes but one never arrived.
