I've always had good luck at Home Depot. Recently, I tried to get a plumbing contractor at you main competition. It was a nightmare, In the past, Home Depot has always come through with honest and efficient services and products, with no hassle returns. I respect that, and so, Home Depot remains my first choice for my home improvement needs.

I already shared my thoughts about this store in the survey. Why are you asking me again? The only positives of this store are Sarah H at check out and the location is convenient on my way to current project. Inventory is limited, store layout is confusing when compared to other area Home Depots and staff in the aisles are unfriendly, mostly unhelpful and at time ignored me while I was waiting to have keys made. No one asked to help me, I had to seek them out.

The most helpful associates. Very dedicated and devoted to help customers. Their patience is unrivaled. There is an associate at every corner; no need to search around and around. In addition, they are well informed about the products in their departments.

Rude indifferent and completely useless employees who watch you struggle lifting 40 lb sacks of salt while they chatter with each other and look at their phones. None of them know where any of the products are. I asked four people and got four different answers. What a crappy store. Need a new manager!

This particular Home Depot is the best. The service is awesome. People are so friendly. After getting what I need ( with help), I make my way too the register and get more help. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THIS HOME DEPOT.
