I was helped completely by the Lady with online ordering! I’m 78 and don’t understand the online system!!

I needed assistance in getting back out of the store when I forgot a plant I wanted to add to my purchase and the young lady behind the return/service desk was super helpful. She came out from behind her area to assist me in getting my cart back out (as I had product in it) so that the alarm wouldn't go off. She made sure I was OK as she saw I had trouble walking without the support of the cart. Please recognize her for outstanding customer service. I wish I could remember her name!

I have done curbside pick up service a few times and each time i have either had to call the store or go inside because they just don't care about curbside pick up. My son in law waited over 45 minutes and he finally went inside to get service. Ant there were times that the curbside pick up area was filled with people going in to shop not using curbside pick up and I had to wait in the handicap parking until the shopper's came out and I could officially put in my spot number

Bought the grill on line and had it delivered to this Home Depot. The grill was faulty. Nadia at this Home Depot let us return the grill and investigated whether they had a comparable grill - and they did. So we got the grill at a reduced price for our trouble. Everything was done for customer satisfaction!

I was looking for a refrigerator, the staff greeting us was knowledble and kind!

Do count on heme depots inventory that is displayed in their online system. I have trusted it multiple times only to find it is available.

Purchased 7-Railroad Ties and had to load them by my self. When I ordered them I was told that someone would assist with loading. (I am a stockholder in Home Depot).
