I asked 3 employees where I could find a product and I looked in the isle they said it was in, but, I couldn't find it! The 3rd time was the Charm, because I showed another employee a picture of product I was looking for, he looked it up on his work phone walked me Over to the area and Boom, found my Homeywell Air Purifier filter refill! So Awesome! I was shopping with my 15 yr. old Autistic son and he gets kinda irritated when our shopping trips are too long! Thankfully, he was only slightly upset today! He gently grabbed my hand as if to say, it's time to Go Mom! By that time the product was found and all was well!! I realize that the store app could've helped me find it, but I couldn't use it with my son, with me, he doesn't like to stand in one place for too long!

Use to like shopping at this store, because of the line at the checkout, have no interests to go back to that store... Had a horrible experience for returning my item especially with a receipt. Home Depot especially at Dearborn Heights has failed me..

We purchased 70 bags of black mulch and had it delivered to the house. Driver delivered pallet where I requested in the backyard on the driveway.

For the second time in a couple years, I purchased an appliance. To replace one that had quit working. Part of the decision was base on delivery. Again after I purchased, the next day, they changed the delivery date to almost a week later.

A lot of stuff I was looking for I couldn’t find not likely going back to the store in the worker is not helping. They just stand around and take their time because they get paid by the hour.

This store has gone downhill considerably in the last couple of years. The service is terrible!

I went to the home Depot in Dearborn on Michigan avenue and I was looking to purchase some products as well as some tools to do my dune buggy project but yet you didn't have half of this stuff in stock because it's only online so what is the point of having an app when everything in the app needs to be purchased online instead of in the store. You also had people that weren't in their departments and had to be summoned so that I could get the tools that I needed. And then to top it all off like I said you don't even have it in stock it's something that has to be purchased online and if you guys order it from the store itself I'm going to end up paying a fee for it

I love this store and the staff! They are always friendly and helpful and remember you as a return customer.

Everytime I come to this store I never get any help. I have to walk around to find someone, when I do they call for assistance and no one comes. I feel this falls into corporates hands. Pay your employees better, treat them better so you maintain a happy staff that will want to make customers happy. Every single customer should walk out of that store with the same experience!

Very rude employees and disrespectful

Has been awhile since shopping at this location. I was nervous about checking out as I had several items on my cart. I requested assistance, acouple employees very helpful, thank you. I did have an unexpected uncomfortable situation where as a man, probably up to no good came up to me, as I was alone in the outdoor furniture area, asking me for assistance elsewhere. Of course I came up with a lie. More staff would certainly have made me feel better

The cashiers are gone, and it's now a bank of automated checkouts. I like having actual people to help ring me out. I will be giving most of my future business to stores with human cashiers.

Unfortunately every experience I have had at this store has been disappointing when it comes to getting any help from the employees. They like to run away as soon as you make eye contact and are very reluctant to provide any assistance. When I go to other stores in the area I am met with much more helpful employees.

Started out a great store with a great crew. The cashiers were a lot of fun. Treated you like family, knew your name and helped with orders and details. It was easy ordering bulk lumber packages and such. Still is with technology. Most of the crew is changed and the new folks are just as friendly and dedicated. Just one guy in the doors and windows department that's been there for years who stands out. Dark black hair, mustache and glasses. Won't help you at all. Likes to hide when you walk near him, he will even lie about putting orders in for custom doors. Other than that its one of the best Home Depots I know of. Hats off to the Managers and Crew here. Own my own Construction Company, Licensed Builder, Licensed Inspector, Licensed Building Official with the State of Michigan. So I can call it like I see it.

Everything is great except their is always someone outside the store asking for a handout. I have been approached many times either asking for money or someone trying to sell me some stolen stuff. The police department is right next to the store. Give them a trespass notice.

It's always a wonderful thing when associates recognize someone in need. Thank you for asking if I needed help and walking me directly to the items I needed!

I just purchase a new NINESTARS Tec trash can, no need to touch just wave hand over lid it opens and closes.

I always find good help when I'm looking for certain things there. Everything's set up in a way that makes a little sense compared to some of these Home depots
