If you are at this Home Depot looking at flooring, find Junior. It was great working with him to find the product I was looking for. As well, the other associates we passed all greeted us.

Nice workers, if you need help someone is always right there if not busy doing other things, usually always stocked or getting ready to put things on shelves compared to other stores.

Since covid, HD obviously had issues getting employees with knowledge or at least good customer service skills, but over the past 3 months I have had nothing but great experiences at the DH Home Depot. Polite and helpful employees with smiles on their faces. Good job on hiring quality people that have integrity and pride in their work.

The Dearborn Heights store has very good Representives. They are very helpful, kind and professional. The store is always clean.

I ordered My new Kitchen from Homedepot. The designer Jaynie was very helpful is designing the kitchen. she did an excellent job helping us to pick the right design.

The Paint department employees are vey knowledgdeable

I asked for directions when I entered the store and the young man behind the counter assisted me and had such a pleasant attitude. Unfortunately I did not get his name. However, the cashier that helped me during checkout was also very friendly and answered my question right away. Her name was Regina. The staff exhibited excellent customer service! Way to go!

Service was great. The person who made Our keys jumped right in and took care of us. Overall visit was good. Plastic storage shelving we were looking for was not in stock, which was the other reason for our visit, but overall this was still a good trip.

Cashier was great but manager needs training(John)

Besides the box missing most of the parts for installation (wax ring, tank gasket, plastic bolt caps, etc), this is a good toilet. Home Depot customer service was clueless and unhelpful, told us to return it and try another one that may have everything it was supposed to come with. American Standard customer service was on top of it and we had the parts we needed in 3 days.

Yes I would recommend if you are shopping for a new kitchen and looking into help with design, see Neil R. Very compassionate about helping the customers and their needs. Very nice and hospitable. Even though he mostly does kitchen designs, he helped us with a situation about an appliance and got our new one ordered. He asked for help from appliance knowledge employees if he was unsure about a question we had. Thank you. Would have gave a 5 star but the store is not well organized and seems dirty. Needs a good dusting and cleaning. Seems like the store needs more organization!

This is my favorite location. They go above and beyond to help you. I literally have personal favorites in this store.
