I recently remodeled my kitchen. The Kitchen Designers are outstanding! The experience from them showed in their suggestions and final design. Their knowledge of the Countertop materials along with assisting in color selections was exceptional! They actually care about you making the correct choices and pay attention to the details. They also pointed out the pros and cons of everything. That allowed me to make intelligent decisions. They make a great team! I thank you both for helping deliver me an absolutely beautiful kitchen!

This store just stock my floor. Issue was with canton loc

Fast, easy and efficient. Bought product during lunch and picked it up on the way home. In and out in five minutes.

I come in almost every day. I am always greeted when I come in and asked if I need any help fining anything. Store is customer friendly and clean. Checking out is usually quick and the associates always wish you a nice day and give you a Thank You. I appreciate that some of the Associates have taken the time to get to know me and Joann especially greets me when I come in and is always helpful if I have a question.

With being an almost more than weekly visit during my home renovations, I can say that each time I walk into the Home Depot, I walk out with exactly what I aimed to buy. Products are top of the line and associates are never not helpful and always a pleasure to talk to. solid experience every time.

The store associates did not acknowledge me at the customer service desk. Joe in Tools was rude.

Cashier was very rude...I was not happy...she told me everything I did not want to hear! She was NOT helpful at all!!! Never, NEVER! shop there again..........already told people I know NEVER to shop there!

Associates were very helpful and friendly. One of them helped me to select color and size of rug I wanted to purchase. She also gave me advice on its care.

I own a few rental properties and shop at several Home Depot stores in the area, but this store is by far my favorite. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, available. The store shelves are well-stocked, usually, and the store is extremely clean. When choice is practical, this store is always my preference.

The store was clean and the products were easy find. Associate were always available to assist.

Had some trouble finding a small pipe and your associate new where it was and new I needed a rubber washer for it that I didn't know about and saved me alot of work.

Even though the store is quite large and requires a lot of walking for me (I'm 81), I like the store, I know pretty much where everything is and, if I don't, the clerks are everywhere and they all know where to find things. And the products you carry are all top notch.

I needed bags of river stones from the garden section right at 6 PM when it was dark and that area of the store seemed closed. When I entered the store I asked the two associates near the door if it was too late to acquire something from the garden section. One of the associates asked what I needed, obtained a flatbed cart, and opened the garden section so we could get the bags of stones. He loaded them onto the cart. A second gentleman pushed it back into the main store for checkout, explained self-checkout to me, and moved the flatbed a distance to my vehicle where he loaded the bags of rocks into my vehicle. I am a vintage woman of moderate strength and was grateful not to have to press my luck loading the heavy bags. These two gentlemen's cheerful and courteous assistance reflected all that is excellent about shopping at HD. The bags of river stones seem pretty good too.

Great store because of great staff. I have never had a issue that someone here has not been able to help me with. I have three Home Depot locations all within a 10 minute drive of my home, and this is the one I always go to first. Everything I have ever looked for is always in stock and the store is well organized and always clean. Love that the seasonal items are at the front of the store when you first walk in so you always know whats new and get what you need especially during the planting season.

Was worried that returning an online order would be a hassle, but after this experience, no. Quick friendly service. Great job!!!
