I actually ordered more than I needed but they helped me complete my walk in shower!

Great store. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly people; Taylor, the Doctor if he is still there, Roy, Joseph, Tom, and many more great people. Your people make a difference! Thank you everyone. The cashiers with all those badges also!

After walking around the store to try to find an employee for help, the first person I found was rude and not helpful. He told me to go to this aisle and an employee will be around to help. So I went to said aisle, no one was around so I had to walk around the store again to find someone else. This time the second person was only somewhat helpful in that he said he'll call someone over. I assumed he indeed did that, but after waiting for several minutes I had to look for someone. The third person I ran into was finally helpful, friendly, and assisted me with the questions I had. The Home Depot experience has really dropped off with the quality of employees. They're overall less knowledgeable and less helpful, very disappointed.

Taylor was so great in helping me and my wife purchase a new oven range. I’d also like to recognize a young boy working collecting carts who asked if I needed help loading a box into my car.

This is my favorite store for home improvement and landscaping needs. When we were first rehabbing our house, it was my home away from home. The prices and service are fine and the staff is knowledgeable and always helpful.

The Deerfield IL Home Depot is the best. The management is awesome, the associates are always friendly. Shout out to Paul in the Garden Dept, Jessica at the Customer Service Desk / Returns, the manager Chris and all of them.

Needed to get a 5-gallon can of paint to match a color from a professional/contractor paint outlet. The paint guy at Home Depot was able to use their computer to input of the manufacturer and color name to get the proper formula for the color I needed in a Behr product. The Behr paint (their top-of-the-line grade) was $200 less expensive than the 5-gallon container I purchased from the other paint store.

I am always impressed with the level of service and supoort. Everyone is very professional and courteous.

I have a difficult time shopping in large stores and get very intimidated. The Home Depot in Deerfield stands out as always having helpful employees.

We bought this washer & dryer on January 27 and the washer ( which I needed urgently ) was delivered on January 30. Thus was installed and our broken product was removed. Great help by Mark at the household department who facilitated the purchase. Our thanks & Kudis for his knowledge & assistance. We are waiting for our dryer delivery until February 21. Thus is no problem since we have a working dryer. Thanks Mark.

We are so thankful for Taylor, Gigi, Rob and Gerrard for helping us make the right choices for garage doors and front entry doors for our recent project. They helped educate us on the products, find the best fits and pricing and then go through extra mile to ensure that our timing needs were met. In addition, they taught us about new products and services for windows and countertops and price matching for lighting fixtures that were a huge help. Thanks so much!!

I always find what I need at this Home Depot or on line. The staff is helpful if you have questions. The ladies at the return and service desk are friendly and helpful and do their best to take care of what you need.

I needed a seasonal item that wasn’t on the shelf. An employee found the item on a skid on the overhead,and brought it down for me in a timely manner,no waiting.

Deerfield Home Depot has the BEST HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE employees. Always offering to help find things and offer advice on how to do things.

I shopped at the Deerfield Home Depot and when I checked out there was a problem with the credit card chip reader. In order to complete my purchase, I had to swipe my card. The next day, I received a call from my credit card company that several fraudulent charges were made on my card. They cancelled my card and issued me a new one. I called Home Depot and notified them, but they weren't very helpful.

The team helping at the Pro desk, which includes Nancy, Diego and other person I don't his name, are outstanding. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Always willing to look into products and help place orders. Specially Diego is fantastic. Great employees. Thank you

My experience with the Pro Service at this Home Depot has been nothing but excellent. Agents are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The workers are all friendly, welcoming, and respectful people.

The people working here spend more time on their phones than working. And the one with a neck tattoo was rude and not pleasant to be around.

I think this is my favorite HD, its not the most convenient but the best all around for service, cleanliness and easy to shop.

Came in to purchase a piece for my broken custom made shower rod unit and multiple employees worked together to come up with a solution to my problem since what I needed was no longer made.

AMBER at self check was very helpful, there was a price differance on the items i bought and she correctedit.

Home Depot has always carried what I need for gardening and plant material. The plants have always been strong and survived well.
