Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Home Depot Spring Deals available?

Another big spring sale is here, so prepare to save money. Whether you're doing spring cleaning and repairs with the latest tools or upgrading your home with new appliances, we've got what you need. Don't forget to check out our mulch, grills and lawn and garden bargains, too. Get great Spring Deals from April 23rd through May 10th and enjoy your new products all year long.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Make certain your home is equipped for spring temperature swings by replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. If moisture gets inside the crevices, you might be in for a headache. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. On the exterior of your home, examine metal roofing or shingles for damage or rust that can let water leak in. Keep gutters functional and clear to keep rain overflow from entering your home. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

What's your selection of moving boxes like?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a nearby window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

What's this month's project for the free Kids Workshop?

Stop by for the Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9–noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a keepsake box! Your little builder can assemble their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
