The staff were courteous and prompt with helping me find exactly what I needed. The delivery team set everything up quickly and with precision. I would highly recommend the Denham Springs Home Depot to anyone looking for home appliances and building materials.

Employees (found in Lumber section name unknown) and LaToya Johnson in Pro Dept, and someone from Garden, helped us out a lot... great service.

The cashier Ms. Loretta she needes to be praised. She was friendly and was there for my need and went out of her way to get me help with loading my stuff into my truck. I want to say a special thank you to her.

As previous mentioned, I ordered a cooktop which is being shipped to my house on Thursday and my electrician cannot install until Saturday and Home Depot only gives me 48 hours to make sure it is working correctly. I would like Home Depot to deliver it to my home and install it at the same time. I do not like doing business like this. The employee was outstanding but I do not like the policy.

Waiting for some to help me to place an online order but no associates available.

I asked for help with help for stuff on the top shelf. Kid was on the phone said he will be back with stairs to get it but never returned. Had to ask a 2nd person for help

My Samsung over range gave up the ghost after 9 years. I tried to find a replacement via the website and there were several that looked like they would fit. I decided to call my local Home Depot, Denham Springs, Louisiana. I have the name of the helpful lady who took care of me. She recognized that I had measured my dead microwave wrong. No wonder I couldn't find what I needed! My HD store didn't have one in stock, but she found one and it will be delivered April 17th. She also had an installer at a reasonable price. I wish I could remember her name. I have it written down on a notepad... somewhere. She was a godsend!

I ordered a flag pole to out in my yard. I haven’t put up yet.

No one available to help load rocks, dirt, mulch, and plants Cashier told us they had no idea where to find someone to help. Waste of time.

This store needs a manager.

Really love going to Home Depot, because they pretty much have everything I need. From plants to lumber and stuff for my crafting and wood working needs.

I've been shopping at Home Depot Denham Springs for about 3 years. In my last few trips it seems the associates that work there are more welcoming, and available to help customers and seem to be going out of their way to assist you. This is wonderful. I know from experience that in the past getting any assistance at this location was like looking for a needle in a haystack. I don't know what has prompted this change but I hope this trend continues. Well done.

Quality of the wood is poor! Store management has declined in recent years! Can't figure out why the huge main entrance is closed down except for forklifts ! Prices have increased even though quality of wood and management has decreased!

Ladies are rude unprofessional talking about things not necessary for work.

2nd appliance I buy from HD and keep being told they hv no control o er thie 3rd party delivery service. The store tells you one date but that date is not accurate. You will get called/emailed and told that date is no longer available so here is another date. Then that day comes and you are told oh that date is no longer available. I'm over HD and their games. I hv a job that I can't keep taking off and then no appliance ever arrives, no calls ever come through with time and day of delivery.

Its nice to be greeted when you walk in but when you pass many workers that smile or ask how your day is and don't stop to actually see if you needed something. Once at checkout I was trying to start a conversation with her and she just ignored me after she asked if I needed any help. Maybe she was not used to someone trying to talk to her. But either way, the store is usually pretty great with helpful employees sprinkled throughout the store.

I bought a hand sander for small jobs around the house and got just what I needed.

The Pro Dept. at #375 is spectacular! Above and beyond. As new employees come along they seem to step right in and adopt the same attitude. They are GREAT!!

Always want to know if they can help you. I probably live closer to the Zachary store but I come here because they so helpful.

I have an ongoing project to improve the look functionality of my rock driveway. I have been shopping at the Denham Springs Home Depot for over a year now. Each Saturday I go to the Denham Springs Home Depot and they always have the general purpose rocks I'm using in my driveway in stock. The staff at this particular store is always friendly and helpful.

I truely enjoy going to this Home Depot. They are always friendly, well stocked and knowledeable about what is in their store and how they can help you. I appreciate the effort they make to have what I need.

Bought tool chest at Denham Springs store

Employees are knowledgeable in their departments and stock is always in.

Cashier rang up an item that did not belong to me and we noticed after I paid for it. I was asked to go get in line at customer service to get a refund for her mistake. A cashier manager came by and she also said that was the way to do and she could not void the item right there.
