Isles blocked and not accessible
The isles are always blocked and not accessible. All lumber carts are full with online orders. If there was a fire you would be trapped with all the stuff blocking isles. Don’t wast your time in this store. I have been going to this store since the built it and you can tell there is new management. I will never go back to this store.

Happy
Ordered chaise cushions online, went to pick up, needed document not on my phone. Went into store, customer service fixed everything quickly and brought my cushions to the front. Very happy with this experience.

Had everything I needed and a great employee to help me
I needed to get some chain to put a no trespassing sign on our back business patio. I have realized that sometimes it's easier to find an employee to help. Rusty was that person and he was fantastic in helping find and get everything I needed. Thanks for the great customer service.

2 stores in one day
Home Depot should update there system to be able to communicate properly with another store. Tried purchasing a grill told it wasn't in stock. assured it would be available at another location, drove there & guess what?? they didn't have it in stock. Had to buy it online while in the store. Kind of defeats the purpose of shopping in store

FANtastic.
I went to this store specifically for a fan I seen online. And ofcourse like a lot of customers I can't leave with just that. However, all the employees were very helpful. 2 especially. 1 older woman, who you could tell was A1 with customer service, and a young man in the paint department that was also A1. I left a very happy customer. 😊🥰☺️

Online Order Canceled Even Though Item Was In Stock
Ordered two items online. Received cancellation call and email stating one of the items was not in stock. Went to store and exact item was on the shelf in the correct spot.

good pricing and availability but unknowledgeable staff
Staff selling electrical wiring didn't know enough to understand what I was asking him for and he grew impatient having to grapple with information he didn't have the training to understand so I could get him to unlock the right bin to access the wiring I came to purchase. I told me to go home and order online rather than find someone who could assist. He said nobody was there (Monday at 3pm) who could help me access a role of 12-2wg Romex.

Inept management and absolutely oblivious employees.
As a contractor in New York state that discovered that somebody was using my Pro extra account in Denton Texas. I called the store to explain that somebody was using my number during purchases and what could I do to alleviate that. The response is what you want me to do about it? And that was from the store manager and the assistant manager and the pro Department. I went through the process of securing a new phone number personally and changed it in the system. I had them add a do not give out information in the store unless someone provides ID for that it was me to which the employees we're absolutely oblivious to and gave out my new phone number. So now I have to go through and explain why all these purchases on my account are not on my account. So as far as a review goes the store is full of freaking idiots.

Lindsey stop using Jake’s Account!
Lindsey you need to stop using Jake’s rewards or account. He has been locked up thanks to you, so you don’t get the satisfaction of getting discounts. Neither does your family…the ONLY ones that do are HIS KIDS that he loves and misses so much. Y’all lost the right to do ANYTHING for or with him the MINUTE you decided he wasn’t useful anymore and YOU THREW HIM OUT!! Then you lied about him being abusive to take EVERYTHING from him. Well you succeeded, girl. You took his kids, his money, his house, his truck, and now most likely his life. He will probably be going to prison and the 16 years y’all were married and the three beautiful children yall share as well as his SACRIFICES and Military career will have been for NOTHING. Jacob is an amazing man and you KNOW he doesn’t deserve the things you’re doing to him. Maybe, instead of throwing him out and crucifying him, you should have asked him if he needed help with this. You should have BEEN THERE for him. Maybe just MAYBE you would still have him. I will prove his innocence, Lindsey. I will advocate for him because I am all he has left because he’s the love of my life and you don’t give up on the people you love. ✌🏻 listen to me and you might learn a thing or two. 🤭

The products offered here do reflect a variety of quality some great and some not so great
The Rheem has water heater I purchased is supposed to be one of the highest quality products on the market in gas water heaters if I spend hard earned money I would like the product to reflect that image.

Not going above
I purchased 2 cans of spray paint. I did self-checkout. An employee had to assist I only assume because it had to be approved not selling to a minor. The employee took over and instead of scanning the remaining item she said, “there you go, you may continue”. Typical not wanting to do too much. Sad employee action amd poor customer service.

The Home Depot store in south Denton is a very good place to get the items I need to do home repairs, improvements, and yard work. There are people there who help me figure out exactly how I need to go about my home chores.

Delivery REQUIRED on items. Oh yeah….YOU have to pay for the delivery fee
I have the ability to load a new washer into my truck. I have the ability to unload it when I get home. I have the ability to install at my house.
But…Home Depot REQUIRES that you have it delivered.
Oh…and the CUSTOMER is required to pay for that delivery.
“You can do it. We can help.” Just became: “You can’t do it. Pay us to do it.”
Ok.
Now, I gotta wait two days, take off work, and pay an extra $30 for it.
This is just plain stupid.

A very friendly store.
Over the years I have managed small projects myself and have used Home Depot for what I needed and always found them ready to help me and explain what items I needed for the project. The order online and delivered to your car is a very helpful service.

No screws and bad customer service
Every person I spoke to was wonderful in the trip except for Floyd. He was the least helpful, and most frustrating, Home Depot employee I have ever worked with. He insisted that I must need a specialty screw and opened every single drawer, only to find them empty. Then he referred me to a separate independent store about 30 minutes away. In the time it had taken him to give up, I had solved my own problem and found the product I needed. He was incredibly frustrating to work with. And I felt like he intended to cheat me, or that he really knew nothing about his job. Either way, this was the worst trip I have ever made to Home Depot.

Great experience-friendly staff!!
I came in last weekend and enjoyed the friendly staff at the door serving hotdogs for the holiday and also had Vicki provide a great customer experience for me that day. She was very helpful, kind and we shared garden stories while she assisted me. It's a great store to stop in and customer service is top notch.
