My husband needed five boxes of subway tile for a remodel job. They weren’t stocked on the shelves even though the store had them in stock. My 2 month old, mother-in-law and sister-in-law had to wait for an hour in the car. I didn’t bring them in because I fully expected to grab the tile and be out the door in less than 20 minutes.

Customer service is gone no doubt about it when the cashiers are all about himself and nothing else and could care less about customers I don’t need to come here anymore

Every time I visit this Home Depot they always have what I need and employees are always willing to help and friendly! I’ve bought all my appliances at this store and have bought everything needed to put electrical in my shop! I buy nearly everything for home repairs and projects. I highly recommend this store for people of north Texas and the Denton area!! Great Place to shop!

Justin at Home Depot Denton is a rare gem. Candid and practical advice, helpful, patient and courteous. If you need help with flooring, try to see him, he's the best.

I needed to return some items I had bought online. Even though my items had all the Home Depot info attached to the items, the customer service rep, Larry, couldn’t get the items returned for my refund. Larry was so good he went above and beyond any customer service I have ever received and managed to return my money. He’s the best.

The Denton Home Depot Pro Desk is very organized and helpful.

I stopped buying from Home Depot several years ago due to a bad experience with their carpet employee. I began purchasing two years ago as a result of remodeling our home. Complete turnaround at this store. More employees, knowledgeable, less clutter in isles. Better merchandising, overall this store has their competition beat. I’ll buy from HD from now on.

I am always pleased with what I buy at Home Depot and this store in Denton has been very helpful with my purchases and if I had any returns, they helped me with them. I was also educated on my ProRewards that I had not been using. They saved me some money on my last trip when one of the cashiers explained how to use them. She spent a great deal of her time explaining and then taking my ProRewards and putting them to use.

I needed to fast service so I could finish the job and Will and Megan made that happen!!!!

Everyone I asked for help was very gracious and kind. The three ladies at the self checkout were wonderful we all talked about plants

Upgraded my kitchen with Home Depot’s newest Dynasty paint! Turned out beautiful as the rep said it would!

Baine is the guy I look for when I come in! He knows where EVERYTHING is at even things not in his department. I had a work wagon that the bots broke and I did not want to spend $95 on a new one so I brought it in and showed Baine the damage and he quickly got me to the right department and found all the pieces I needed to fix my wagon! Look good as new and saved a ton! Thanks to workers at Home Depot like Baine!!! Thank you good Sir!

All staff was very helpful and took time to find out inventories of products not available on th e shelves. It was a very challenging day for them as there were a lot pf customers in the store, yet they were all friendly and communicated among them to find answers and expedite finding the products.

The Home Depot I went to in Denton, Texas has one customer service clerk, Cass W., who goes far above and beyond in her duties and displays a solid understanding of the roles required of her work as well as an encyclopedic knowledge of everything plants.

Tommy in plumbing has literally saved me thousands over the years by not having to call in professional plumbers. His knowledge and tips on how to repair stuff has been AWESOME! He also knows exactly where everything is located, saving me time from having to search for it myself.

The cashier/service desk clerk Dana was very kind and helpful when my daughter was return her items. She greeted us kindly and had a smile the whole time. She fast and had us In and out. Thanks Dana

I waited over 15 minutes for the cashier to locate help to load sheetrock on to my truck. I had crying children in it. I asked her for a manager and she rolled her eyes at me and ignored my request and stated that she found help.

I LIKE THE LOCATION, ITS NOT FAR FROM WHERE I LIVE, WHAT I DID NOT LIKE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR HELP, AND WHEN YOU GET HELP MOST OF THEM DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. ROANOKE LOCATION HAVE BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Head cashier is extreamly dismissive of store card issue and acted like I was tryna steal, customer service guy came in with the W and spent like 20 mins tryna help me out. This man deserves a raise.
