I still think all stores should be laid out the same. Or have a directory board where you can map your product or product category location. You know where Lumber is, I'm talking about FRP. What is the location for FRP? Most will not know what FRP is or where it is used in the home or commercial project.

My husband and I are doing quite a bit of work on our home, and it is great to be able to get expert advise from store associates on how to tackle our DIY projects. The team at Home Depot are always knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can.

The employees at this store were extremely helpful and friendly, and were able to help me find all that I needed in a timely manner.

We went to get mulch and the price was really good, 5 bags for $10.00.

I always go to Home Depot for my home improvement needs. It's a store I can always trust.

Wonderful customer service, they took the time to answer all my questions and guide me to what I was looking for.

The store associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and I left with some great tools to get my project done.

There is an associate at Castle Rock Home Depot in the paint department that really knows paint and all that goes with getting a great paint job. She is also very knowledgeable regarding Home Depot equipment, computers and mixing a great color.

The store was generally clean and well organized. I asked an associate where the metric screws were and was shown their location. Unfortunately, I had to settle for longer scews than nbecessary because the selection was limited. It wold have been nice to find shorter srews, but it wasn't the end of the world.

Kellie was the cashier and her sarcasm when I asked if I could check out at the service desk was unacceptable. I KNOW it was just fine for me to check out there -- my husband used to be a department supervisor at THD. When I asked if I could check out there, she very sarcastically said, "you can a register." I almost left my items and walked out. When I asked who the store manager was, I was told "Steve" -- and that was it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -- I will NOT return there!

I enjoy coming to my local Home Depot. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I am always happy to engage their assistance. I find everything I need and then some. The store itself is clean and organized. I am excited about the free classes that are offered and will be joining the "experts" for instructions on various projects. Keep up the good work!

It had snowed, and the garden area had piles of snow that had not yet been removed - but that was very recent. I interacted with one female and three male clerks over the last week, each one treated me with respect, helped me with my purchase and assisted me with cutting wood to length. The cashier was surprisingly pleasant - or I wouldn't ever consider completing this survey

We have been remodeling the basement and made multiple trips to this home depot. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in what type of items we need and what is the best quality for the best price.

Ronni, one of the associates at the store, was such a great help. We really appreciated her assistance and are very thankful for her willingness to help us. :)

The Store Associates are always helpful and I like the fact that many of them have worked there for several years. I know who to ask for any information. They are very knowledgeable.

I went in for 2 things and wasn't exactly sure where to find the spackling product my husband requested. It was clearly displayed and by the time I had located it an associate was there to confirm what was on my list. The second item was equally easy to find and the associate was right there to confirm that too. It was a quick stop that I was not expecting to be that quick.

Went to purchase granite countertops. Only one salesperson there who was helping another couple and would not even acknowledge you were there. Was about to leave when young gal from another dept tried to help but didn't have the answers. Was about to walk out when another sales associate came in named Cindy. I told her exactly what I wanted, showed her my drawings with exact measurements and she gave me a written estimate of approx $4200. After talking it over for a day we decided to go forward so we called Cindy and gave her my credit card number. She called back 30 minutes later to say that she had given me the wrong price and now it was $4600. After thinking it over we decided to go ahead at the higher price. We told her to go ahead. She called back another 30 minutes later to say my credit card wouldn't work even though she had tried several times to run it through. She told me there was nothing she could do about it and it was my problem to take care of. After contacting card co I found out she was imputing security code wrong, next day drove down to store to run it through with actual card. It worked fine. Template guy came out and measured for final cuts. Got another call from Ruth (Cindy now on vacation) to tell me that Cindy under measured (even with exact measurements in front of her) and there were a couple of extra cuts that were anticipated bringing our final total to $5139. The extra cuts were only $150 and the under measuring was another $350+ making our final total nearly $1000 more than originally quoted. One bright spot was Ruth who is handling my order for Cindy while on vacation. She was very helpful and took the time to figure out additional charges and explain them to me. She was very polite and professional and made you feel like she actually cared about your order unlike the first associate I dealt with who acted like she couldn't care one way or the other. I will be happy to finish my order with Ruth but I do not care to deal with Cindy anymore.

What a nice shopping experience. Everyone was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable, from the person who greets you at the entrance, the staff on the floor and the people you do not see and does the coordination for delivery and returns or exchanges.

An associate at the door directed me to where I could get my key copied. Another associate was already at the key station helping another customer. I only had to wait a few minutes before they helped me. They were very quick. I was happy I didn't have to go hunt someone down to help me. I was in and out fast.

The lighting department was well organized. It was easy to find what you needed.

I moved back to my home in Colorado and to my dismay found that I needed to retouch up a wall with paint I had purchased with this store over 10 years ago. Upon entering the store I noticed it was clean, pleasant, and the employees were helpful. I asked the paint clerk if he could help me find a certain Behr paint color. He stated that he would look it up and it was still available to mix using his computer. He made it and I was on my way. A happy experience. I'll be back.

My husband and I are in the process of moving to Colorado and we'll definitely be using this Home Depot for numerous items!!!

Ruth Hugeback provided us with outstanding customer support. She quickly and expertly developed a plan, layout, and estimate for our basement kitchenette. It met all of our needs and was within our budget. She quickly picked up on our desires/objectives and put together a design and list of materials that totally hit the target. Our expectations were exceeded by the expert support Ruth gave to us. She's the best!!

Love going to this Home Depot! Although It is the closest to my house, I wouldn't think of going to any others. The store layout is great, well organized and with the departments most home owners are going to need to visit most frequently located in close proximity to each other (with the exception of electrical) which makes shopping here a quick get in and get out experience. Associates are friendly and available to help when you need it, but wont constantly pester you if you don't which is very much appreciated.

I was having difficulty with a school project for my son. We were building a scaled model of a hospital that required thin wood for the walls. I couldn't figure out the correct saw that wouldn't splinter the wood when cutting it. I found Jason in Lumbar and He not only helped us pick out the correct tool but also demonstrated the correct manner to use it. Thanks to his help my son got an A on the project. Thank you so very much.

I like a clean store and well stocked, but I wish you had more tools.
