Great store but get rid of self checkouts!!!

Returned brand-new product at the return desk . She opened up my lights then told me she couldn't return them if purchased on line . You have to stable your driver's license to your forehead .they charge you for quick delivery and you don't get your product for a week and it's left in your front yard in the rain.

I had to make a return,the girl that helped me was very nice and attentive to my needs.The same girl helped me locate some other items that I needed after my return transaction.

The store manager was very helpful; the person working in paint department was horrible. I needed to access the manager due to the interaction. He was rude, short, and ignorant at best when asked a question. In a quick summary, I asked for assistance about a question with stain, he sat on his phone and said what do you want- I asked if he would be able to help with the product. In a short condescending way he said what do you want while staying seated with phone in his hand. I asked again to come to the stains for a product question-he rolled his eyes and asked for WHAT- ignorantly. At that point I told him to forget my question which he responded with "WHatever" and then when I walked away he said "like I care" and laughed. At that point I wasted more of my time to go and access a manager.

Tara, the design consultant, helped me design and order all my cabinets for my kitchen remodel. She was extremely helpful.

If Home Deport cared as much about its customers as it claims, it never would have installed self checkout. I don’t work for Home Depot but always feel like it when I have to go there!

Compared to the other Home Depot I've been in the aisles were clear and clean

The customer service I got from Matt in the lumber department was great even cut the boards I needed to size and helped me with any questions I had about my project

I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot and as always you are always afraid of what delivery will be like. Well let me say that the delivery guys were top notch A+ and so helpful. Will Definitely buy again

When I looking for help they help even when the department is not them, and make the best job to assist you, and when they are not familiar with the department they get you help. They make you feel welcome.

Mary remembered our special order (3rd time we have come to get more paint). She was friendly and efficient. Couldn't be better!

Christine was a big help. I got j4 8×3 white trim boards. The rest is the usual high price crap. I asked 1 sales associate for help but we were the wrong nationality. He was to busy for us but then was very helpful to his own Indian counterparts. All I wanted to know was how long the board was because the length wasn't marked. Christine came by & asked if we needed help.

Workers were to busy to help me but that’s always the case in this store; actually, all Home Depot’s these days!

Purchased large qualities of wood for build 2 decks. Plenty of stock available. Staff could be more knowledgeable about product location, quanity, availability, and usage.

we had an excellent experience in your paint department. We had some challenging requests and Gabe and Mary took care of everything so that we got all we wanted. They were enjoyable to interact with, super friendly and professional, and efficient. We have the best experience we could imagine.

I love Home Depots paper towels and hope they continue to sell them. I used to buy their brand of toilet paper but unfortunately I haven't been able to find it for at least 6 months now and that really sucks. I really hope that they aren't going to discontinue their paper towels also. I haven't been able to find a toilet paper or a paper towel that comes close to the great quality of Home Depots!!

The Employes was very helpful with everything that I needed and want.

I bought fireworks and little storage totes with the help of multiple associates during my visit. Jess from the service desk and Mary from Paint was helpful in making a decision on what fireworks I should buy and pointed out cute little storage totes that would be perfect for my little one when discussing and sharing about them.

I bought a Large AC recently, which works beautifully. I also bought a fine refrigerator and 2 small ACs a few years ago, and all work well . Products are of good quality, and staff is very helpful. Garden supplies are inexpensive, and flowers and plants are gorgeous and plentiful. Home Depot is great.

Trying to purchase pressure treated lumber and the entire aisle is blocked with heavy laden carts like a train station some almost impossible to move . Cant expect a customer to move 12 carts 10x to access multiple items lenghts of lumber for 200 dollars of wood.

We need to replace two non-standard-sized outside doors. Ms. Rosiak at the Dickson City location made ordering the exact doors we wanted in the proper size simple. She exceeded our expectations and ensured we would be satisfied. It was refreshing to find that level of service.
