What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. The people that work there, are very helpful and friendly. The store is kept tidy too.

recent visit
The young ladies i gardening were very helpful. The young man my wife asked the location of two items told her that they were available only on line (we looked them up and saw in store available before we went) an older new employee was asked for the same items and he took my wife directly to them. she asked how he knew and he said he made it his business to know where everything in the store was and doubly sure what was in his department.
I believe that all the associates should follow his example we normally look up store availability before we go and if the site says it is there then the employees should know or at least want to look up before brushing the old couple off.

Great time at store! Associates were very helpfull and knowledgeable
Went in today to just get some lawn supplies. Was greeted and treated great. Received plenty of help ,both with locating what i needed and questions about the product. Always glad that I chose Home Depot for all my Home needs.
