Dealt with four different staff members, each were pleasant and helpful.

I received amazing customer service from Drew in the lawn and garden department... He consulted with me about my outdoor project... Took me to several different departments offered many different options was very patient and demonstrated ideas and even helped me pick out the perfect color for my outdoor umbrella... Best customer service I've received in many many years... I will definitely be back and I will always ask for Drew.

We found what we needed easily on the shelves, but needed more. The cashier checked the inventory and she told us to go to the flooring department for more assistance. Tom at flooring located additional products overhead for us, completed the sale at his desk, and even helped us get the boxes into our car! We’ve been to many Home Depot locations recently for this project and this store was the only one with plenty of cashiers and employees that actually want to help!

we visited this store at 8:30am on 2/08/18. it was hustling and bustling w/contractors getting ready for their workdays. yet we, as regular customers, we met w/friendly associates on the floor who assisted us w/selecting a mailbox and advised us on installation. when we got to the cashier, it the same lady who directed us to aisles 14 and 15 for the mailbox area. her name is trulee and she is so friendly and knowledgable about the store. her checkout skills are fast and accurate. we found the entire experience very easy and, believe me, we are NOT the best at self-help work. we left the store feeling great about home depot and its staff and even felt good about ourselves for accomplishing what we set out to do: buy a new mailbox.

All of the employees are very nice and friendly. This store is also a very large store and always has what I need especially since I am a new homeowner! My husband and I call this our second home Lol :)

Clean, neat, well lite and I can walk there. I am not a "shopper", I go for specific item(s), get it or them and check out.

Cashier Gwen is really Great!

I was looking for a wet vac and wanted some information about two that I saw. One young man, who I believe was a manager, told me that there was another one that would meet my needs because I had limited space to store it. He went to another section and brought it back to me. It was less expensive and the right size. He was kind, courteous and took the time to explain the differences in each of the wet vacs. I selected the one he recommended. He even placed it in my cart. It was a very pleasant experience.

Associates are usually friendly but not everyone knows their product well. I was misinformed several times and that was crucial for me as I am a contractor and rely on store department associates. Some of them didn't know even basics like if this light has a water protection. Also, they are never sure of their stock. I needed one item in pretty large quantity (more than 40) and was ready to pick it up at several locations but associates couldn't tell me for sure where I should go. Many of associates look a bit off, not paying attention that you need their help right now.

Park on the second level....lots of room and an elevator.

Very helpful employees at NE 4th.Avenue store Fort Lauderdale. Everette was very knowledgeable in Plumbing and Matt in Customer Service. I’m from Kansas City and this will be my store of choice !

Convenient location. Covered parking area is a big plus on rainy days. Staff appears friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Special orders and returns are handled easily. Good selection of products. We always find what we need. And it's a good place just to come in and browse. You never know what you'll find that you didn't even know you needed. We always run into friends and neighbors while shopping there.

It always comes down to service. Stores can all sell the same products most with in dollars of each other, but when you add very friendly service with knowledge of the questions that you may have you have a winner.

I went there to shop for appliances and the sales clerks were very helpful. All of them. Especially Gregory Allen in appliances.
