I have found this Home Depot convinent to my home and the associated very helpful.

the sales clerk was very nice and i shop there so much that they allready know me.

As soon as I walked in an associated greeted me, and a sales associate was there to help, and the cashier at the end was all smiles and greetings. Wonderful associates

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THE EAST FT WORTH HOME DEPOT. i WAS TREATED VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS BY A CASHIER NAMED jENOVIA WHO WAS SUCH A JOY. GOOD JOB

This store is constantly understaffed especially in the evenings. The women who was working the return register is very rude person that projects an attitude of disdain for your customers.

Enjoy shopping there. I can find most of what I want there. Not so at other places.

Always enjoy going to Home Depot to just look or pick up what I need. Most of the time HD has what I am looking for.

Darrell who helped us with the purchase of our refrigerator was really great! I was therewith my Mother who is "older" as she puts it :-) and he was VERY patient & explained everything to her. answered

Brandon at Check out was extemely pleasant and a great change from self check out. Nice to see there are actually personal connections still available, and not scanners that never work right.

Cashier did not seem to be enjoying her job. Having purchased several bags of gardening supplies - mulch and top soil - and a two-bag of charcoal, and being a woman, I would have thought they would have offered to help me out. No one did.

I was asked et every other aile if I needed help. This was a good thing because I did. Thanks.

Home Depot is a good hardware store over-all, carrying a multitude of additional products.

Sales associates are always readily available every time I have visited this store.

I was looking for a plastic light cover in the light section and young man asked if he could help and directed me to the lumber section where they were. He was extremely courteous and helpful!

I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price.

Abel an associate at Home Depot gives great services. He asked questions, he walked me to the product, gave me options. He never told me it was not his department!

The staff was pleasant and many name brand items, quality items readily available.

Gutter diagram pic don't tell you, you have to buy an additional '10 long piece for the down spout end cap for a "5 piece to put on the end cap.

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received at this Home Depot store. Turner, Darrell, Donna, Mark, and Brian, are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Thank you so much for all of your help and your excellent customer service skills. It did not go unnoticed.

Assistance was plentiful and was able to get in and out quickly due to fast service.

Good visit, bought several items in different departments. Every one was so helpful in each area.
