I buy many different items and always know that I can get at least close to what I need.

Good product available but customer service needs improvement. This store is in a high theft location but don’t assume every colored person is going to steal and follow them around or creep around the aisle keeping an eye on them. Cashiers are sometimes friendly and greet you on the way out or coming in. This location is conveniently near my home I just hope customer service gets better so I can continue shopping here and support my area and not just going online.

Skyler us in the lumber department was an enormous help to us, kindly making the cuts we needed — and couldn’t do ourselves. Now, we can (finally!) build shelving into our tiny bathroom. Thank you, Skyler!!

Be careful here. Some checkers will scan items more than once and charge for it.

Purchased an industrial sewing machine “Vevor” from The Home Drpot online. Darn thing didn’t work. Fortunately we were able to return the item to our local store after the normal return window because we paid with Home Depot Consumer Credit Card. Sometimes good things do come in small packages.

I'm the first to admit I don't know much about kitchen design and everything that's involved. Martin in the Portland Mall 205 HD design department was absolutely amazing. He walked us through the whole process and not once was there impatience, arrogance, assumption or anything else that I'd consider a negative. As a result, we feel very listened to and very satisfied about the final result of our kitchen design and the cabinet/countertop/appliance package order/purchase.

I will not be coming back to this store because they are in the business of inconveniencing their customers.

I dislike shopping at large corporate stores, but Home Depot is convenient - there are a lot of different items in one store and that offsets things slightly. Now they’ve eliminated human cashiers (read jobs and income into my community). I don’t appreciate the loss of jobs and I don’t appreciate doing those jobs ringing up my own purchases for free. Home Depot is just working on draining as much money from my community as possible.

I got a tremendous handy from a dude in the lumber department. Top notch.

Unfriendly, they look like they are being bothered when asked a simple question or need help with something. They gave us the wrong shade of blue for our exterior home and had to pay our contractors an extra day of work after that mistake. Home Depot hire people that genuinely want to help customers!

Overpriced, staff aren't educated on requirements and waste your time seeking measurements and remeasurement a. 300 dollars to install a 500$ door is ridiculous, for example.

We shop at the Home Depot multiple times a week to accommodate our business needs. Every time we shop at this Home Depot, we truly appreciate the efforts of the entire Pro Desk staff. They are kind, courteous and attentive, as well as knowledgeable. Izzy is great at following through on our special requests and inquiries. Mandy and the other people at the Pro Desk are always so friendly and warm when they greet us. They also are great at answering our questions and helping us in ways we didn't quite expect. Thank you to the team of Pros who serve as staff at the Pro Desk-- You are all stellar examples of excellent customer service!

Even though I accompanied a friend to this Home Depot so she could buy bathroom caulking, I wound up buying some reduced-priced products to help me with my Spring Cleaning. I also checked out under-counter strip lighting with the help of two employees, who were both helpful, courteous and friendly.

No Manned Checkstands. Long line for checking out and only 1 employee helping customers at the self-checkouts. It was a mess. The gals at the paint stand were just standing around and snacking/eating on the job and just seemed to be talking with each other. They were very curt when I asked if they could check me out. (I was not buying paint.) They said no, go to self-checkout.

I usually go to Home Depot’s that are closer to the job site but this is my dad’s favorite location and now I see why. Super clean, easy to navigate and clear overhead signage so I can navigate quickly to what I’m looking for

Simple improved Service

It might take a little effort to find someone but once you do, you can generally count on them being well informed and friendly. I've gotten great advice and assistance from employees.

5 start rating is for the staff who helped me at this store, not for the store that has a big issue with inventory. Made a purchase online, it never shipped after 2 months, saw that several of the item were in store. Went to store, they were no where to be found, staff couldn't even locate. But Trinity in Customer Service/Returns and Joe both turned the entire situation around for the better. Canceling/refunding the online order and helping me select and even better product at a discount. Was grateful for their help.

only lanes open are self service. when returning items, if the associate mis-spells your name, you need to wait for management to approve it when you use it. Took 14mins for one to solve my problem. Will not be shopping at HD again.
