Wasn't even done ringing myself up in self checkout before this way over agressive security guard lady started acting like I was pushing the cart out the door! I am highly offended as I was double checking my accuracy at that exact moment. Would have understood if I had hit the pay now button but I was scrolling up the screen when she rushed at me. I'm a contractor who goes to home depots all over town on an almost daily basis. I have never been treated like I was a theif before like I was treated today. There are ways to do these things and that woman did not know how to do them. Will not be back unless I am forced to.

Clean, friendly people. Overall my go to hardware store

Store managers, Kelly and Ben, were amazingly helpful.Took the time to LISTEN to my issue and then took steps to problem-solve and support me! Also, w/respect to Homedepot.com, and the issue Dreamline shower doors, both Melody and Kayla were WONDERFUL! I was upset feeling horrible and dreading all the phone calls I'd have to make, but Melody took ALL of that off my plate! She recognized the critical nature, made calls, checked in w/me gave me updates, and important phone #'s Same w/Kayla. Thank you SO much!

I like Home Depot but I hate that someone is keeping sending a e-mails of purchase wend I haven’t buy anything!! I don’t like getting the e-mails to my account

Store allows people without masks to shop during the pandemic, putting the rest of us at risk. Unacceptable.

Employees are knowledgeable and friendly and the store is well stocked

Super friendly and knowledgeable associates. The cashier I had - Julian - was incredibly helpful and attentive. I ordered online, and they had everything I needed ready to go when I got there. He also double checked yo make sure I had everything I ordered and packed it up nicely so it was easier to get to my car. I'm do excited to use everything I bought in my new apartment! :-)

Jennifer at the pro desk was a Rockstar in helping me on a very time sensitive project.

I had such a helpful and genuinely good experience at this Home Depot! From the two men that helped load a vanity from high up on the aisle shelfs, to manager Cody and sales cashier Irene. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and just seemed to enjoy their job and environment. It really showed and in turn, that positivity spread to my and my family's experience. This will definitely be my first choice of hardware store to return to. Thanks all!

Very clean, employees were very helpful

I always find the store neat and clean, when shopping for my project I usually have a good idea of the product I want to use and can find them in a timely and organized matter. I usually require some sort of help locating products or need assistance of some type or another and find an associate who takes some interest in my project and they may offer another way to do the same thing. I appreciate that the associate may offer some advice. Even when the store is really busy it seams like you can always find someone to help and if they don't know the answer they are willing to find someone who does.

Store is neat, clean, and easy to locate desired products. When help is needed, they offer friendly, knowledgeable, professional associates to assist with building supplies for your project, often catching supplies and/or tools overlooked. Cannot ask for better people to do business with.

Very happy with Home Depot. They provide excellent merchandise, products and great prices. Again - very happy with the customer service work at Home Depot. Thanks to Home Depot for doing a great job taking care of both their customers and staff. I came to the Mall 205 Home Depot to try to get a new refrigerator for my daughter and her family. I was helped by Maggie, Home Depot customer service/cashier who helped me with the refrigerator request. I ordered the refrigerator for my daughter and her family thanks to the help from Maggie and Home Depot.

Jacob was a very helpful associate at helping to find lumber an the size needed for a project.

This store is suffering from stocking issues. Nearly every time I go I find only 50% of what I need and I end up having to make an extra trip to another store or to the Happy Valley location. Home Depot also seems to have abandoned their earlier practice of limiting how many people could be in the store at one time. It was VERY crowded on a Saturday (no surprise). But it's as if THD has given up on our safety.

I ordered online. My item not at all HD stores so I had to order from another HD store and -(thankfully) have it shipped free to my home. CSA's very courteous even when contacted at busy times. Very positive interactions for me despite Covid uncertainty of employees and circumstances. Available masks at entrance very helpful. Thank you

Paint Department is slow, lazy, and Zero customer service when I was there on 08/10/2020 at 7:30pm at the Mall 205 store in Portland, Oregon

Associates sometime doesn't want to help customer.

store is clean and well organized, the staff in the paint department have been especially helpful and knowledgeable, checkout has been very fast even with the current COVID-19 restrictions.
