Needed to make a decent platform to go under my over/under, washer/dryer inside the house on a carpeted floor. Used some old 3/8" plywood that had been sitting around the garage for years and needed something to hold those sheets together once cut two pieces to correct length/width. I drilled 1/8" pilot holes and countersunk the holes. #12 3/4" screws worked great. Used the old belt sander to clean up the wood and shave off the tiny points on the reverse side where the screws protruded through about 1mm or 1/16th inch. They don't sell wood screws in 1/16th inch length up or down sizes so 3/4" was really close to bind two sheets of 3/8" plywood that isn't exactly "3.8" thick.

I purchased a NEW 2024 Lawn Tractor on-line after the store refused to process my order at the store. The tractor I received was a different model and year (2022). It was apparent that the tractor was sitting in the store's inventory, outside, for a significant period of time. The fenders were broken, the controls rusted, the battery used and the engine oxidized. ANYONE could see this tractor was not NEW and fit for delivery but the store team made a conscious decision to deliver it anyway. They actually sent it out in a box truck, unsecured to a wooden pallet and not securely wrapped. It took 3 THREE attempts to have the tractor picked up and returned because each time "the wrong truck" was sent to pick it up. This whole process started on March 31, 2024 and not resolved until May 14, 2024. Numerous phone calls had to be made to customer service and the store, usually ending in frustration. One of the store managers, David, actually took responsibility, apologized and had the tractor picked up with the correct truck on May 3rd. Unfortunately, the refund was never processed and it took multiple phone calls to the store to secure the refund. The manager that finally processed the refund actually thought it was appropriate to scold me for being frustrated and "rude" to her staff because "hey, mistakes happen". This store management team displays organizational incompetence coupled with a complete lack of customer service skills. With so many other home improvement centers to choose from, I will NEVER return to Home Depot.

I needed two pronged replacement bulbs for my porch light, but I needed a certain size which only Home Depot carried.

The young associate in appliances went above and beyond helping me locate the exact microwave I wanted to purchase. I wish I had gotten her name, she was courteous and professional. She made my shopping experience a pleasure.

Problems with delivery and customer service. Took hours on the phone and it was still messed up.

Isaac was extremely helpful and detail oriented when assisting me with my window order. This was a custom order where it was critical that we matched the existing windows. Isaac was very knowledgeable and patient while helping me make each decision. Andersen makes a great product, but you really need someone who is willing to work through each line item to get it right. I would highly recommend placing your custom window order with Isaac at the Eagle Creek location in Indianapolis.

Saw a shower mat I wanted to order and the process took me to a point of paying for product, then it took me to pay with PayPal which didn't want to. So it's confusing, I wanted to pay with credit card. Needs easier steps that's clear to understand.

After I pay triple amount every month due on my credit card And ask for an increase on my credit card and get denied It’s really sad People at the store a helpful It’s corporate that’s ungrateful

the cashier at the cash register was very friendly I told her I didn't want her to go out her way and she said no problem she check the price for me on them water softener salt and told me where to find the softener cleaner

Bought new washer and dryer, exactly what we needed.For a great price.

I buy plants, flowers, gardening things and household items here and now a microwave for installation. Have had employees go out of their way to assist me. A clean, well stocked store

I was looking for soaker hoses and a push reel lawnmower. The mower was not stocked and the hoses were covered with dirt and grime. No one offered to assist.

Great experience with purchasing kitchen appliances. Salesperson & counter staff were courteous & very helpful. Delivery staff were on time, professional, courteous & mindful not to track snow & salt in when delivering our microwave. We’d appreciate having the same team to deliver our stove and dishwasher.

Employee Willie gave great service. The Home Depot delivery was not great at all. They don’t give you options on delivery time, give you a 4hr window but it’s what they want to give you either you going to take it or you just stuck. They don’t even give you 24hrs notice.

I needed side cutting pliers none of the associate that I engaged knew that it was the same as Lineman’s pliers even though I myself had for gotten and so I left the product there

Our customer helper, Luzviminda, was friendly and a great help. She is a keeper. The product we wanted was not found, so I’d say the shelves are not well organized. The store itself was clean and other employees friendly.

Please double-check inventory at tool rental. I was looking to rent a scaffold set and saw 3 available at this location. I verified by online inventory and by calling before making the trip. After renting a truck and spending 3 hours loading it with the help of two other people, 11 of the 20 safety pins were MISSING. The inventory should have had 60 pins...where did the other 51 pins go? It took some time to get a refund due to a need for manager overrides. They even had the nerve to ask if store credit is okay...I will never get my afternoon back and I lost out on a project job. I will never shop at this location again.

So many changes lately!! Store is moving in a great direction
