The employees are very helpful.

Ran into a 35-year employee. Didn't know Home Depot has been in business that long!!

There were four registers dedicated to self checkout and three of them were strictly for card usage. Because I wanted to pay cash I was forced to wait because the one register that accepted cash was being used by a person paying with a card. Other people paying with a card were able to cut in front of me simply because of the method of payment. Why not allow both cash and cards at all self check registers?

I had the best shopping experience in this store with most friendly and helpful floor personnel. Was looking for very low cost storage shelving and was directed to free scrap lumber, which was cut to my specified size. Could not have asked for better service.

Once again, Home Depot had excellent prices on Ryobi 18V tools. I was in crunch mode up against a deadline in completing my project and needed assistance obtaining a tool from the secured shelving in the Tools Ryobi section. I asked John from the Pro Counter for assistance but I didnt mention I was in a hurry. He provided immediate assistance, answered all my questions, helped me locate additional 3" cutter discs I needed for the Ryobi 18V Cutter tool I was purchasing, took back a tool I decided not to purchase and he did all with a smile. He even Thanked me for considering the other tool for purchase. It's this caliber of Excellence In Customer Service that continues to make Home Depot my Go-To store for all my household related projects.

We have always liked shopping this Home Depot. We are usually treated well and everyone is usually very helpful if you need the help. Have purchased several kitchen appliances and have always been satisfied with the service.

I live over 50 minutes away from the closest Home Depot. Our little town Mountain Home , Idaho really needs a Home Depot here, But the Home Depot on Federal way is my only hardware store and I love it. The employees are great. I give them 2 thumbs up ...

Would not recommend this store at this time, I have had bad customer service the last few times few times in. Would have had to order product, not stocked in the store. Got home ordered from someone else. Because I live over 40 miles from Boise this store is the closest hardware store but will drive 5 miles to the next competition hardware store next time. Still try to shop local but because of customer service, I do see why people shop online or other retailers.

Doug in Paint is a Picasso when it comes to his work. We went to two Homedepot locations prior to coming to this one and no one was able to get the color bar code to provide the correct number. Another location tried doing a color sample match and they were still unsuccessful. Doug spent over an hour just to make sure we would have the right touch-up paint we needed for the project.

took 16 fence boards to the till got charged for 166 and due to their error I am inconvenienced while they fix the mistake.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Especially Rita and another nice lady working the cash register! They went out of there way to get a small building kit fyr old a he was thrilled! He built it right away and can't wait to build more stuff!

The store was well stocked (considering the present environment), clean and well lit. The employees that assisted me were outstanding and seemed to be eager to answer my questions and help me solve my problems. Thank you all very much!!!

Like every big box store, the enforce draconian mask rules and social distancing and overall dehumanization. I felt really uncomfortable while I was in there.

Holiday shopping has started all over Boise! The Home Depot was no exception, however, their employees were still the friendly, helpful people they always have been -neither Covid-19 nor Holiday shoppers do not seem to have changed that....Thank you Home Depot for your services today!

About 2 weeks ago I was shopping for a refrigerator because mine was not freezing, and needed to replace it right away. After checking all that were on display and made a decision on what I wanted, I was told that they were all floor models- not for sale. However the salesman informed me that there was one I could take home that very day, but I had to transport it since there was no way of having it delivered for about 4 weeks. Four weeks! I needed it that day! I then proceeded to another store, and was able to get the one I wanted and delivered the same day. Not a good way for Home Depot to conduct business in my opinion.

I went to the store with dread, thinking how difficult the job would be. I was sent to the Pro Shop and introduced to Cheryl. She was such a delight. Her quick wit and fun personality made my experience so pleasant. She helped me pick out the items I needed, she loaded them by herself, took me to the counter, saved me a bunch of money, and even helped me unload each and every item. I so appreciate her help. I will go back to Home Depot on Federal Way from now on.
