I went in this week to look for the single wheeled rack for the home depot totes. I could not find it with the totes and asked for help. Three different store representatives helped me find the product. It was not where we all thought it would be. I can say everyone was happy to help us and was super nice and friendly!

The store is well organized and staff is always willing to help.

store is great, friendly staff, parking lot is a mess. and i will never use the home depot cc as long as it is associated with citi bank

Self check out machine double charge my card for $32 and I only worked in Brandon one day and needed something from Home Depot now I have to drive all the way back to the Brandon store so that they can refund me my $32 and I live over an hour and a half away which means I’m gonna spend over $32 in gas to go get my $32 from Home Depot so thanks again

an employee stopped me at the door to ask me what I needed and if they could help direct me. Even though I knew where it was, I politely sated I was looking for Milwaukee pack out, but they didn’t know what that was or its location. The employee started searching for it on their electronic device when I stopped them and said I knew where it was. The major issue with the Milwaukee pack out gear is it’s often time spread out all over the store, but no one knows where it is. I would expect that something that is considerably expensive and popular, that it would all be in a central location or at least easy to find. This is an issue with every Home Depot I have been in.

Your employees seem to need lots more training in the exterior shutter dept.

So I noticed a few months ago how the employee started to kind of come around and be more friendly and helpful and since then I really come to enjoy coming to that store more than I ever have because of that and it makes me want to go out of my way to come specifically to that store and it always has been my home store that’s close to me All the employees there pretty much know me well and I enjoy shopping there.

I felt neglected while I waited patiently for an associate ( over an hour) to help me , while new customers arrived after me and was being helped before I could decide to buy an electric stove I wanted to buy on sale ! ! .

I frequently visit my east home depot store because the associates are available, knowledgeable and friendly. I replaced every appliance in my home from East Tampa.

This store stands above its competitors.

Everyone in the store is always very polite and courteous. We had ordered a bathtub online but every time they brought one it was damaged. So we decided to take back the two other bathtubs and the nice lady in plumbing department, Jackie was kind enough to open the box and show us that the bathtub was in good condition. She is a very good employee and very knowledgeable. She has also helped us with other things as we are remodeling our master bathroom. We will never shop at another home Depot. Thanks for everything, we'll be seeing you soon.

Had to replace some of my smoke detectors , and cleaning supplies .

I am involved in several projects - for my home and for many others - the staff at this store has always been of great help when called upon. And I am not the only one - I have watched them serve many others in the same way while I am in the store!

I’ve been to the East Brandon HD twice now in the past 2 weeks. Each trip was superb.Every employee in invested in customer service. Friendly, courteous, knowlegeable. Special shout out to Mishka (sp?) and Jennifer. I feel as if I were transported to 1988 when I first visited.

I brought an LG refrigerator and was held by a Antonio who was able to answer all the questions and help me with anything that I needed help with and I appreciate the time he took to help me and my wife choose a refrigerator.

I drove from sun city center to Brandon Florida to buy a Air conditioner. The cashier checked to make sure it was in stocks on shelves. The manager helped get the Air conditioner. Very happy with thier service Thanks

I ordered a washing machine and dryer one in one and after I did, I realize that it was not going to be feasible for me as I am 70 years old and I had to be bending so I was able to return the order for another appliance, and ANTONIO Safi, Lee appliance specialist, was really great. He was very professional, and very outgoing to help us to pick a machine that was feasible for us. Also took his time and was extremely knowledgeable. We really appreciated his service. They sold a defective card where the Pin couldn't be seen. After a week of daily trips and calls of over 4 trips and 8 hours phone/shat...I have nothing. Nobody will allow a supervisor either to talk to

I ordered everything needed to install 21 fence panels and post and concrete. I could’ve ordered from any location, but I chose the Valrico one because I’ve had good experience there in person. They felt really short on delivering my order. The first day I got an alert that said sorry we missed you. No chance they miss me. I took off work and waited all day. Did work in the yard so when I got this info, I called the store and they said that they didn’t miss my order they never got it pulled night before so it didn’t go on the truck, but it’d be out the next day. So the next day I took off work again and guess what when it did show up it had 18 posts and the concrete but no fence no two by fours. So it wasn’t delivered today because it’s a Sunday but it’s gonna be delivered Monday so now I have to take off work again. I’m just really disappointed. I’ve never had a bad experience to Home Depot online or in person so this was kind of surprising. I’m not anti-Home Depot. I’m just gonna be a little more cautious about the location in Valrico and that breaks my heart I’m using talk to text so please pardon my gramar lol.

I had an issue with the delivery, so Home Depot compensated me immediately with no problem. Thought they were very helpful and fair. They maintained their high quality service I come to expect from Home Depot.
