I had a great shopping experience at the East Brandon store. Liza (electrical department), Ed, Jean and Commor (cashiers at the checkout line) went above and beyond to assist me with the garden products I needed. The great customer service provided by all of them is the reason I would shop again at the East Brandon location in FL. The assistance involved loading the products onto a flatbed cart and loading it all into my vehicle.

Associates / cashier was friendly. Love this store.

Ivan was very accommodating and professional to correct a few issues that had occurred earlier in the day on my visit. This store is conveniently located even though the main drive gets backed up.

Getting help here is no problem, especially since I need help most times I go into this store. Selection is usually very good.

I had the displeasure of dealing with Jody. If I want a bad attitude I’ll go to McDonald’s. The store was very disheveled. The employees were all too busy to help anyone. The ones that do help grab your stuff and shake it in an attempt to treat you like a criminal. Water on the floor at the bathroom entrance. All in all 0 stars.

Employees walk by while you are searching for items and they don’t speak or stop to help.

I am a regular pro member and this is by far the best home depot i have ever been to. Yamilet and morgan always goes out of their way to help me

Came in on a empty day and checked out quick. Aileen helped us find our items quickly and Morgan was very friendly while checking us out.

Waited weeks for delivery to store, horrible customer service area. Under staffed, uncaring employees. Wrong item sent to store and was told to reorder and wait if I wanted the item I originally ordered weeks before. I would give it less than one star but it is the lowest rating allowed.

Pete knows his stuff & is the most delightful gentleman, too! He helped tremendously & was a dream to work with! My paint project went smoothly & easily because of him!! He deserves a promotion & a raise!! Thanks & see you soon, Pete!!!

Since moving and buying a home in the area, this has become my favorite place to shop to complete projects!

This store has always been worth the trip. The parking lot may be over-crowded, but I still end up coming back for the location and friendly service.

We went to your competitor store first and we had to really search for someone to help us and then we felt unappreciated. When we went to your location (Store 6305) and went to the appliance section, we were quickly greeted by a sales person, Tom Wodka. Mr. Wodka really made our shopping/purchase experience both memorable and exceptional for all the RIGHT reasons! Tom is fun, he's personable and witty. Tom is very knowledgeable about the products and really helped us out greatly!
