The Home Depot store is well organized.I was able to find my item without any problem. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot and you have great items. You have friendly staff that willing to help customers. I attended a faucet installation plumbing class that was being taught by Carlos. I was able to gain knowledge and practical hands on experience. It opened my eyes and I realized that I was doing a couple of things incorrectly, but now I have the training for future projects to get things done right. Since I was the only person in the session, I was able to ask many questions and Carlos gave me his full attention. We also talked about water heaters and toilets. Any & all questions that I asked Carlos; his response was always positive and informative; who could ask for a better instructor? At the end of the session, I purchased a 3/4" brass nipple and a 3/4" quarter turn valve for retrofitting my water heater for once a year maintenance. Thanks Carlos, your class was invaluable. J.J. Steve Reed had the experience & knowledge to help me resolve my issue with a fruit picker handle that was not working properly and could not be extended to its maximum position due to it being frozen or stuck together. Steve took the initiative to take the handle into the the hardware department and with patience, work skills, and experience made it look so simple as He tackled the task before him and made it workable once again. I was totally impressed with Steve, because two other gentlemen in the garden department were unable to help me and Steve happened to be walking by and offered his assistance with confidence as any customer would expect. I did not buy anything from the garden department nor did I have to turn this product over to Home Depot as a defective item; Thanks to Steve for his perseverence and great attitude in helping the customer ! THERE ARE 2 OTHER HOME DEPOT STORES CLOSER TO MY HOME, HOWEVER THE BREA STORE FAR OUTSHINES THEM IN CLEANLINESS, FRIENDLINESS, ORGANIZATION AND AVAILABILITY. IT IS FAR WORTH THE EXTRA DRIVE TO SHOP HERE!!

this store is very well stocked with the products we are looking for and the organization or set up of the store is very good, the associates we have experienced are very helpful in assisting us in deciding what products are best suited for our purposes

The cashier Pamela is extremely rude! Avoid her by not checking out by the lumber area.

Store was clean, products were easy to find, and store associates were friendly and eager to assist where to find products, answer any questions, and expedite my purchases.

I came in to the store and I needed an unusual part for a plumbing job and I asked for help the person I asked did not know what I as talking about but she put in touch with someone who could help me find the part. I wish every place was this easy.

We had a gr8 experience with 2 associates. Not allowed to mention names, if I could I would totally call them out for such an awesome job. Both of them went above and beyond in helping us buy a refrigerator and choosing a ceiling fan. Thank you "J" in appliances you were awesome , very helpful and patient with us in making a big decision . Thank you "R" in ceiling fans (even though it wasn't your department) you took the time to help us and find the perfect fan for our new home.

Robert Walker & Jorge Gonzalez are true professionals! My shopping experience in the hardware department was an absolute joy. Yesterday, I was able to buy a combo Husky tool box that was cosmetically flawed at an reduced price. The combo set was the last one of its kind and was the floor model. I was at the right place at the right time with the right people. I have an older Husky combo set that I purchased at a garage sale years ago and there is no comparison between the two. I'm at your store at least twice per week because I have rentals that need attention and of course I always do a walk through while I'm at your store. This particular tool box set was right up front where it could be seen as soon as one walked into the store. I saw it, negotiated it with Robert & Jorge and now I'm the proud owner of my 2nd Husky combo tool box. Thank You, Robert & Jorge, your kindness is Appreciated! J.J. Hernandez PS, I returned to Home Depot the next day to buy Husky Truck Box Liner per Jorge's recommendation. This liner will keep the tools in place while opening & closing the tool box drawers.

As I mentioned above, the customer service I received on 12/18/2015 was above and beyond. They not only assisted me during the return and repurchase of the correct appliance. They demonstrated excellent customer service as they helped me resolve a complex issue. They were cheerful, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely continuing shopping at the Home Depot in Brea. They went the extra mile!

Everyone is very nice and very helpful, parking is easy and there's usually a large selection of what I need. There's also, conveniently, other shops in this center. Overall, a friendly stress-free shopping experience.

Home depot's customer service has always been up and down like a roller coaster but during my recent visit, Moose from flooring "wow'ed" me with the customer service he provided to me! I felt like I understood everything where he stayed with me the whole time making sure I got the right things!! Best Experience at Home Depot yet ! Faith has been restored in this company and this store ! I'm a senior citizen and felt lucky to come across moose! If you want great customer service, ask for Moose from Flooring! God bless

I WAS IN THE STORE SIMPLY TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FOR CHRISTMAS. GIFT CARDS WERE DISPLAYED PROMINENTLY IN THE CHECK STAND AREA. THE LINES WERE LONG, AND AN ASSOCIATE OFFERED TO ASSIST ME IN CHECKING OUT IN THE SELF CHECK OUT AREA. NORMALLY, I DON'T USE THE SELF CHECK OUT AREA BECAUSE IT APPEARS AS IF IT IS TAKING THE PLACE OF SOMEONE'S EMPLOYMENT AT THE STORE. THIS TIME, AN ASSOCIATE ASSISTED ME, SO I FELT GOOD ABOUT IT AND WAS ABLE TO LEAVE THE STORE SOONER THAN IF I HAD WAITED IN THE LONG LINE.

The sales associate we asked knew exactly where we would find the product we were looking for before we had even finished explaining! He was courteous and friendly and obviously enjoys working for Home Depot. The cashier was also very cheerful and competent. Both employees are an asset to your company!
