I WENT IN FOR WOOD SCREWS TO FIX A CHAIR THAT NEEDED HELP. I WAS HELPED IN THE HARDWARE DEPARTMENT. THE FRONT DESK PERSON CALLED SOMEONE TO HELP ME AND I WAS SHOCKED WHEN THEY WERE ACTUALLY THERE AND DID HELP ME. (NOT AN EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HOME DEPOT). THE STAFF IN HARDWARE, THE FRONT DESK, GREETER AND ALSO SALES ASSOCIATES WERE ALL HAPPY AND SEEMED TO WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN THE STORE. WELL, I WAS VERY HAPPY TO BE AROUND THEM AND THEY LIFTED MY TIME IN THE STORE. VERY GREAT VISIT.

Everything was in stock and the sales associate let me right to the product.

The store associate in the garden section was helpful and friendly. He was able to answer my questions and I even noticed him helping an elderly man with kindness and respect. I was happy when I arrived at the store but even happier when I left due to the kindness of the associate.

I was so frustrated with no service available. People walking passed me without greeting me. I could not find the product my grandson was asking for. When I stumble on Jackie who could clearly see how frustrated I was and SHE STOPPED TO ASK how she can help me. She answered all my questions walked me over to the product that I was looking for answered my questions on the product. SHE CLEARLY TOOK THE TIME OUT TO CHANGE MY OPINION ON THIS STORE. To find out she didn't even work in the department amazed me more. While she was helping me numerous customers kept asking her for help since NO ONE was around and she took it with grace and ease. Thank you Jackie for your help.

I was very satisfied with the help that I received from an associate. Associates are usually very friendly and helpful but on a recent visit, I felt the associate, Jessica De La Cruz, went above and beyond what I expected.

I have appreciated how much better the service is at this location. It has stepped up from a year or so ago. The store is clean and easy to find items. Our favorite thing is being able to order online and pick up the item at the store. Recently my order was ready within one hour of ordering. Makes shopping easy when you don't feel well and don't want to shop on the weekends with the store crowded or wait in a check out line. We also can see how many are in stock and if not available it tells me online what store does have it that is nearby.

Just wanted to say that we had Jaynie help us buy our new refrigerator & she made the whole experience way more pleasant than I thought it would be!!! She is a sweetheart and went the extra mile to look for a fridge I wanted to see if she could order it for me! Excellent customer service miss Jaynie!!! Thank you again!!

Jackie went above and beyond to help us process an order for an online item. We had several different payment methods including MasterCard gift cards, which can be difficult to redeem. Jackie was on the phone for several minutes making sure our order was correct and the correct amount was debited. She even arranged for a 10% discount for our trouble. I have worked in customer service and retail for going on 10 years. I was so impressed with Jackie and I feel confident that my offer is being taken care of.

With expertise, professionalism, patience, and humor, Vince helped me custom order vertical blinds for our bedroom. What a positive experience!! It is so reassuring and comforting to know that the associate assisting you clearly knows his stuff!! Additionally, several associates stopped to ask if they could help me as I made my way to Window Coverings. No wonder my husband spends so much time here at the Brea Home Depot! Going to Home Depot is like playing that kid's game "WHERE'S WALDO"? I have even had to call the store on my cell phone while I was in the store to ask if anybody works there! Just a typical visit to Home Depot.

We came in to find supplies to fix our home wiring. Vince at the store looked and looked with us until we found the right product. As we were leaving he called our attention to finding an area rug for the dining room that was on sale. Great service.
