This Home Depot is staffed with some of the most knowledgeable, courteous and helpful people I have ever had the opportunity to interact with in a store. This keeps me coming back to this Home Depot. In addition, I have never gone into this store and not found the item for which I was looking. When I needed help, there was always someone there who could help me by helping locate the item I needed and answer questions and provide advice.

I love the location, the staff and the layout. It is my "home" Home Depot.

Locating any product at this location is made easy because of Tray, a dedicated, professional employee who finds satisfaction in doing his job well.

Always very helpful & courteous, even when returning things.

The East Liberty Store is great. I love to walk around in the store even if I don't have to buy anything. Employees are nice and helpful and the store is always clean.

I did find the store clean and easy asset with an associate help and the cashier was very kind,prolite and corteous

It's a super busy store, but if CLAY is working you'll be taken care of! He's amazing. You don't need to hunt for an orange apron when he's around.

Just returned from an exceptional visit to the East Liberty Home Depot. Both the shopping assistant and the checkout clerk were very helpful and happy to assist me in my selections. I would recommend this store and especially the Garden Center.

Everyone in the store was very helpful and upbeat today. Dorothy was an excellent store clerk. She helped me with my in store purchase, my online pickup, she got me approved for credit i didn't even know I was qualified for and got me a 25% discount because of her recommendation to apply!

Joe and Derek in the flooring department were super helpful and patient with me when ordering window blinds! I would recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional customer service. Employees were, without exception, knowledgable, helpful, courteous and friendly. I never had to ask for help if an employee was nearby. They always offered before I could ask.

I called to see if a certain clearance item was available. I spoke to “Lisa” of the garden Dept. She went above and beyond to help me. I called on Saturday around noon time. A VERY busy time. I know this because I’ve worked at HD and am aware of customer flow. Lisa scowered the store; front to back, up and down. She located the items and stayed with me until she got the attention of the service desk clerk. Before transferring me, she made sure I had the extension in case the transfer failed. It did. But before I could dial out, I was called back. I was able to pay for the items which we picked up later that day. I have worked retail including at HD. These days, you don’t find people that take pride in what they do, however, Lisa clearly does and it shows. Thank you Lisa! Please acknowledge her appropriately.

I had inadvertently expressed that I would not be likely to visit the East Liberty location again but it was a typo error. I actually would be likely to do so mainly due in part to the employee Aaron who assisted me. He was friendly and very helpful and able to met my needs and check me out in under 15 minutes. Great work Aaron!

I love going to this store, for the service is great! I am not a person who likes to search for items, for I like to get things done quickly. The greatest feature of this store, is the eagerness of its employees to offer their assistance to you...and with a happy face! I just ask for the location of an item, and they assist you, many times to the point of going for it, and just handing it to you!

I live north of the City, but I will travel to this location for building supplies. I always find what I need and I think the prices and selections are better than Lowes at Pittsburgh Mill Mall in Tarentum. The Sales staff has always been friendly and helpful.
