I went in looking for flex seal a Kat the associate in the paint department went above and beyond by helping find everything I needed.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Carol and Francine were so helpful to us and the return process was smooth and easy. They were so friendly, professional and quick in getting us a refund for our return. They were personable and so easy to talk to. Hats off to them!!

Employees are extremely helpful

I recently had to rent a shop vac and Bill and Theresa in Tool Rental were so helpful to include how to operate the shop vac, put on a new filter and Bill helped me find other items that I needed to find in the store. He also put the shop vac in a cart for me.

there is a saying that people make your experience either good or bad. I have to say that I have ALWAYS had the best service in that location and best people work there! I absolutely love to shop there!

Paint department is great

Representative was knowledgeable of what I wanted, directed me right to it. Explained that it was the one advertised on internet. I was pleasantly satisfied. Grabbed a couple of other things I needed. 5 minutes top and I was done and out and on my way to finish my project.

In shopping for a floor lamp I had difficulty locating the item. I asked 2 workers from another department to help. The searched, scanned inventory and even got the store manager to help me leave with my desired purchase. Persistent and friendly staff are so helpful at this location!

I was very satisfied with the Sale Cashier (Vincent) who picked up what I needed (a bag of potting soil) which was too heavy for me to pick up, and he loaded into my car.

I am currently renovating my basement/laundry/powder room and need low cost options for flooring and of course my favorite store to go to is the Home Depot; as i once worked for this great company many moons ago. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service both Nicole and Jonathan and the management team provided to my fiance and I as we went through the options/quote for the installation process for this project. The whole store was just great, several employees from each department we were in asked us if we need any help finding anything or had questions; this really made for a great experience and easy quick trip. Whoever is store manager and regional manager needs to stay because this is now the ONLY location we will be shopping at and it is not the closest one to my house but I am all about customer service; so BRAVO to this store and it's associates!

This location has the best employees! We drive out to this location, even though there is one right down the street from us, because the experience is so fantastic every time. We are always greeted cheerfully and every employee we come across asks if we need help with anything. Jay, Billy and Jalyn we're particularly amazing on our last trip. Highly recommend this location!
