Elizabeth in appliances was very helpful. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give her a 10. She was very helpful and knows her job well. Tina in flooring was very helpful also we needed help in appliances she helped us even though she doesn’t work in appliances.

The sales person Mike was a great help.

This location had a lot of helpful staff when I had to purchase a dishwasher over the phone for a contractor. They went above and beyond and even called back when they wanted to make sure I had what I needed to have the dishwasher installed. I hope to use them soon for another appliance.

Helpful employees on the floor & checkout!

I go to this HD store daily and I’ve become friends with a lot of the workers. Sadly I’ve never seen a manager. You would think a manager would be greeting people, especially those of us who shop daily but nope not a manager anywhere….

This store is SO MUCH better than the one on Spartanburg’s west side. Employees are very friendly here and are glad to help without pressuring you. Store is MUCH cleaner and better organized than one on west side. We AVOID the west side location at all costs due to MANY bad experiences there over the years!

I go to this location a minimum of three times a week for several years for work and I’ve yet to see any management on the floor. I guess old time customer services are a thing of the part at Home Depot.

The employees are inexperienced they don't know where the things are located half the time and then they give you the wrong information on the product that you need and it has to be returned. You can't find an employee to ask a question and when you do go to the service desk it takes forever to find someone that can even help you in the department that you need

Bought 2 toilets paid for installation. Got a call 2 days later saying I needed to pay more money because the installer would not do the installation for that price and they needed more money

My wife purchased wrong size plywood I took it back with sticker still on it but forgot receipt no refund or Home Depot card, second time went and had receipt but my wife who purchased was not with me so no refund or gift card. It is 50 miles round trip if my wife needed to be there they should have told me to bring her next trip. I have been a loyal Home Depot shopper for 35+ years I am done with them!

I am elderly and had a foot injury. I needed to shop multiple departments and could not walk it all. There were no battery carts for customers to use who require assistance. My only markdown from a 5

I needed expert advice and a couple gallons of paint. Julienne was able to help me and was very patient and courteous.

I was personally assisted by a very dedicated employee (his name is Tony), who not only pulled my VERY large order for me, but he double-checked everything and also assisted me through checkout - and loaded everything onto my vehicle by himself! Much Appreciated!

I bought Vigoro red mulch recently and I particularly like the color; it's not too much orange but a good subdued shade of red. It looks great in my garden beds. Thank you.

I have to say the employees that I have had the pleasure to deal with have been absolutely amazing. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and seem to enjoy working at Home Depot.

It is a very convenient well stocked store.

We came to buy a refrigerator. Saw what we wanted and bought it. The salesperson was very polite. She answered all our questions and handled the sale very efficiently. We never owned a refrigerator of this brand but hope we will hope it will be the last refrigerator that we will ever have to buy.

Pro desk was very helpful but the customer service representatives were the worst. They obviously like being on their personal cell phones over helping customers

The associate went out of her way to find the plumbing fixtures I needed. She looked for and found them online. I was so pleased. The customer service woman was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Always greeted with a smile and friendly welcome at Home Depot. I buy Rigid anytime I can.

Put cashiers back to work, instead of a person standing there watching like you are going to steel or skip something when you are scanning. If customers are steeling then having cashiers would be cost effective.

I needed all appliances after Helene flooded my house. Elizabeth took me around to each item I needed, she is very knowledgeable about the department she works in. She was not pushy at all. Answered all questions. She is a real gem.

I visited the store for some items on my list. While there I decided to shop for a battery powered stapler that has been on my list of "wants" for some time. The gentleman at the front was quick to call the department associate and her name was Sharon. Sharon was very pleasing, VERY personable and professional. She "knew her stuff" concerning the stapler and guided me through the process of what I needed, etc. Sharon gets an A++ for customer service. Before I retired, she is exactly the type of employee I wanted to employ.
