I am so happy that I finally found them ! And who would have thought, I that I would have found them at Home Depot !!

We came to buy a Christmas tree. There was foul music with very bad words blaring from the speaker on the Christmas tree lot. Little kids are trying to shop for trees with their families, they shouldn’t have to hear the F word and N word at the same time. Shameful.

Be careful of what you order online from this store.. Will say items available for pickup ,but, after purchasing items they will tell you that some or all items need to be shipped and you have to wait for items to arrive before any refunds can be processed. This has happened to me a few times now and kills my project plans for that day.

Your store is right down the street from me in Jurupa Valley I'm in there several times a week

Bought some lumber at Eastvale store and had for a change, great customer service!! Young man named “Junior” was very helpful patient and knowledgeable! Made a very good impression!! Need to train all staff to be as upbeat friendly and helpful to all customers!

Wade had helped me to chose the Vinyl Planks for my house. He is knowledgeable and professional.

I went to purchase appliances here. The manager wouldn’t price match. Horrible customer service. I’m a home Depot card holder for years. Treated so poorly. Save your time and don’t shop here. Lost a $4,500 sale.

It seems I am at Home Depot every day. While I used to be disappointed with many of the employees, this time I am actually very pleased with many of them. You no longer have to hunt them down to get help. They are very helpful. I would give Rob Rojas a gold medal just for being so pleasant and helpful. He is no nonsense, polite, respectfully helpful and quick on his feet. Although yesterday, there was one male shopper who loudly thought, "You can't get any help around here!" I notice more seniors working at your store and I think it is a very good idea. I like their quiet confidence. I took off one star because some of the lumber I purchased were so inferior in quality. I do not know where you source your lumber, but I understand more now than ever before the standing joke about Home Depot's lumber. Shocking to see the price increase on them when the quality is worse. Anyway, when I need good lumber, I go to Ganahl.

The one thing I like about my experience at Eastvale Home Depot is that the employees that I came across that day were happy 😁 the looked happy they spoke like they liked being there in turn I liked being there. Positivity goes a long way 😊

Everytime I go in to store, Aaron Tenes provides exceptional service, always with a smile and courteous. Please bring back the awesome satelitte music you had before.

I ask Brandon for help on how to use a tool, he didn’t know how to use it. I asked if anyone else knew how to use it, he didn’t know. I asked him to ask his manager, named Emily. She told him to tell me to look at the box and it probably has a video I can see. SMH it was not what I was expecting from them.

7/23/24-I am so satisfied with my flooring purchase however, the job itself remains to be seen.

They have you do their job then don't honor their words! Like make you take photos of incorrect priced items then decline it at the register because the stockers put items in the wrong place!

If you ever need help in this store, ask for Fernando!! He's an excellent employee, great at making sure you get what you need and goes above and beyond!

I bought some blinds in here and Alina work in flooring she give me a lot of help she is a nice lady and she help me to cut blinds with right size.

The store is full of everything and the employees super nice and friendly

I needed to repair a hole in my hallway and I had no idea on how to do it professionally. Thankfully Richard from the Paint Department walked by me as I was looking for some material that would've done a weak job. He asked if I needed any help and wow, he really went above and beyond for me. He gave me full clear instructions on how to do it, suggested the best materials as he walked me over to each one, measured out the dimensions on the dry wall and even cut it all out for me. He probably helped me for about 30 minutes. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Guy deserves an award.

I went in to buy paint and had a question on the paint. I asked the paint associate a question and she told me to "just read the labels". What is she doing behind the paint counter if she can't answer questions about paint and why is she representing home depot if she has no manners. She should not be doing any kind of customer service job.

Their customer service always goes above and beyond, even when you cant remember how to screw a screw or paint a wall. You'll never feel like you cant do it here.
