Very poor inventory management. Nothing in the right place. Bins mostly empty and if they look full its because its full of the wrong items. Multiple times I've had have to search through bins to find what I need because their inventory is all mixed up and can never find the right quantity of what is needed. They do not fix the inventory that customers have put back in the wrong place. They look at drawers of hardware that appear to be full but its all in the wrong place. I spent 30 minutes going through one metric screw drawer and tossing out everything that did not belong in that drawer and when I was done there was hardly anything left in the drawer including what I came there for even though the marked bin where it should have been had several of the wrong thing and the drawer appeared to be fully stocked when I started. Most of their employees have little professional experience and know nothing claiming they don't normally work in this department but never offer to find somebody who does and never offer to find an expert that can help mostly because there is none and so you get unqualified or no advice. On-line may say they have 10 of an item in this aisle and this bay but you get there and its not there. You ask an employee and they have the same information you have but they cannot seem to locate the item. This is a store that needs help that I tend to AVOID. I will just go much further to another location.

This location employs the most professional Customer Service Representative i have ever dealt with over my 30 years of buying product at Home Depot. When I have any questions, and ease of making my DIY project come to fruition Gabbi C. is my go to employee. Under her guidence, every trip has been simply AWESOME! to say the least

Great customer service! Sheraton was a tremendous help with guiding my husband and I on the process of adding gas logs to our existing fireplace.

I'm a reluctant shopper, but when i need something that this store has, (like PLANTS; i'm an accidental gardener), it's location in the centre is easy in&out. The store itself is always squared away, AND THE STAFF ALWAYS HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONALLY FRIENDLY.

My Mom and I went in in 11/25 around 4:30pm. Went in to just grab a couple things until all the beautiful Christmas decorations caught her eye. We desperately looked for this particular Rudolph decoration but they seemed to be all out. This is where we had the pleasure of meeting Amee, the store manager. She went above and beyond for us and had another employee take down the display item for us since it was the very last one! Boy did she make my Mom’s day! I just want to thank Amee for being such a beautiful human being and providing us with an unforgettable experience. Already looking forward to our next visit!

They offering me delivery on Thursday and they didn’t show up

not enough lumber carts, and cart storage area needs a bumper to avoid carts from rolling out from contained area.

Thanks to the cashier KARLA for giving me friendly and quick customer service despite an otherwise ho hum experience. I needed help on the floor to load up a lawn mower and no one showed up, even though I had someone page overhead for assistance.

The gardening section has a variety of plants and maintenance products. Emelie in gardening was super nice and such a help. Also the store was nice and clean.

The store is clean and compliant to the covid19 procedures. Associates are friendly & knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend this store.

Great help

I was not able to get the assistance I needed in a specific department. Other associates tried to help but were not as experienced with this department and were unable to get a hold of the employee on duty. I left just as uninformed about Home Depots products and services as when I went in.

So, on June 17, 2020, my son and I went to HD to get supplies to install a motion light. My son was eager to help and promptly grabbed the bag, accidentally leaving the light behind; I missed it, too. That night, I realized my mistake but HD was now closed. I returned the next day and met Rosa. I told her about my sudden onset of temp Alzheimer's. I did not expect to be believed. Rosa helped me get back the light I left behind. Thank you, Rosa

Very organized, extra items in display.

Most of the time we find what we need accepting your irrigation apartment is very understaffed and unorganized cashiers are usually friendly but yesterday she was not very friendly rude and argumentative

I an of the opinion that Home Depot caters to the contractors and people who get things done. Where as the competitor is geared towards the home owner. Ones that do not need the same level of products and expertise.

I needed help with a box of spray paint. An associate named Claudia helped me get what I needed. There were 3 customers she helped before me. I saw her trying her best to answer the questions and solve clients' problems. When it was my turn, we needed a high ladder to reach the merchandise. She ran to get the equipment and got my paint in no time. I really appreciate the willingness she has to help customers. She will win more business for the Home Depot. I am one of the happy customers.

Only if necessary. For the first time received bad customer service. When it was our turn to pay we were ignored by male cashier not wearing mask. My husband asked him if he was open? Young man responded with insolent tone that he is now. He had been fiddling with his phone and the payment pinpad before he spoke to us. As we were paying a young woman employee came up to male cashier. On our receipt I noticed that cashiers name is Sulema. A male cashier cashed us out. I'm wondering if he stepped in for her but regardless his service was bad. I tried calling 4 times to speak to store manager or any duty managers. 4 times they hung up on me. It might be long time before i visit this location again if ever.

Too many parking spaces allocated for online orders. Not enough convenient parking spots customers who are physically at the store and want to get in and out quickly.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. The prices are a little high it seemed like but what isnt overpriced these days?! Overall it was a great experience!

I did not have a favorable experience at this location. They forgot three items that I paid for and I had to wait over an hour and remind folks at least twice that I was still there waiting for my curbside pick up. I understand this time is crazy for everyone however that was not the issue with this visit.

All of the employees are friendly and pleasant.

Store Manager at the check out desk not very professional at all she need to get more training in helping people with special ordering big items instead of just brushing people off cause she does not want to work. They should Make Ms Julia a manager instead she has way more sense on helping people and making the customers feel welcome.

Employees are always great ! I can always find help at the customer service when it comes to my online orders or simply to find something ! Always loves the Home Depot , always clean and friendly and easy to find products.
