Customer service is the worse I have ever seen no one cares about how long the lines r u ask a question and they don’t want to talk to u if u get a answer it’s o a lot of people called off today the only person who is interested in the customer service guy in paint I think his name is Jonathan he is the top notch customer service guy

I came in to the store to pick up a can of paint. The website said 58 in stock. I looked but could not find any. I would have usually been told that the "in stock" must be inaccurate. But Uncle John started a serious search. Looked through several isles searching the overhead bins but still nothing. He said he was going to check behind the cabinet as occasionally a can will fall behind. After several minutes crawling on the floor, he came up with the can I wanted. Above and beyond!! Brenda, the checker, was also very friendly. The folks at this store are usually very helpful. The in-stock info could be better.

I just bought some electrical tools for CAT cables and Alex in the electrical department knew exactly where it was located and guided me in the right direction and was extremely helpful!

Was unexpectedly treated to above and beyond professional service from one of the store’s supervisors Vasilious “VAS” and his co-worker “Logan”. These two young gentlemen were extremely helpful, professional, and mature beyond their years. A very rare treat nowadays! I highly recommend this store and I will go out of my way to shop at this location!

Not very helpful for retired military with older cell phones that cannot use the web application for discount

I'm not a fan of Home Depot however the cashier that I delt with made this trip worthwhile.

I bought and installed a Rheem water heater on 1-20-2022 and now the hot water smells really bad and leaving black stains in the bathtub. I called Rheem and they would not do any thing about my problem, also talked to someone at home depot and they did not care either. I'm last water heater was more than 22 years old. it was here when I bought my house in 2000 and never had a problem. Just replaced it because I thought it was time, wish I still had the old one to put back in.

Save yourself a trip to their competitors. Mika and Antonio in cabinets are amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind, and just went above and beyond to help us with our countertops.

Cashier Janellis is fantastic! She helped sort out a problem I was having at the register so I could get my purchase completed and was friendly & efficient while doing so! She didn't have to help, and most people in her position wouldn't have! Thank you Janellis at Eastvale 91752 !!!

Lawny & Lani gave us Great Customer service finding a product that wasn’t stocked in store, but showed they were in stock. They found product on pallets and got gone it down.. Very Pleased with their Great Customer Service

I was assisted by a store manager named Nick at the eastvale home depot. He definitely went above and beyond to ease my worries. I was on a tight budget and he was able to help me out with that and I still went home with everything I needed to fix my plumbing issues . This was the best experience I've had at the home depot, by far. I'm extremely grateful for the customer service I received yesterday.

Victoria the cashier was not helpful! Went in for couple boards. She told me to get a board that has a barcode. I jogged back there to do that and when I got back I had to wait in line. Now she couldn't get that barcode to work. She asked me to go take a photo of the price. I asked if I have to wait in line again. She said no. So I hurried up and jogged back there. When I came back the 3rd time, I had to wait in line, again! I told her why I have to wait again? She said, "You are not waiting and not in line." Obviously she was helping another person when I got back. So did I missed something or miscommunicated with her? She needs more training!!!!

Good luck making a return or purchase. Expect a long line for returns, and one long single line to make a purchase no matter which checkout station you're looking to use. Self-checkout has become meaningless here. For some reason they threw out the playbook from other Home Depot's. I don't know why they tried to re-invent the wheel. Different experience from other Home Depots where you can get in and out quickly.

Many great employees at Mira Loma Home Depot. I recommend this particular Home Depot because of their employees. They're always nice, helpful and knowledgeable on just about any product or department. The store is clean, product is well marked, check-out lines move quickly and you'll always here a hello, please or thank you. Great employees make the store a great shopping environment and experience. Make your customers feel welcomed and happy, they spend more money. :O)

Exceptional customer service from Abbey and Crystal that assisted me in the kitchen department with the purchasing of my kitchen cabinets, solid surface counter tops and a special order stainless steel sink! Looking forward to having a new kitchen very soon!

Home Depot at Mira Loma, Always have a very, very good service. People who works there always are available to help and assist for any questions you have. Keep up the great work! Shout out and Kudos to Jose Jesus Rico, Head Cashier, Department 90, and his Supervisor Vera for helping me to get the store discounts for buying 140 bags of rocks for my home garden improvement. Date of transaction and service was on January, 22, 2021. Jose and Vera showed above and beyond customer service and it made me feel like going back to the Store instead of going to the other store.
