THE ASSOCIATES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. AND THE RETURNS ARE EASY. THEY JUST LOOK UP MY CREDIT CARD WHEN I DON'T HAVE THE RECEIPT. THEY ALSO TAKE BACK ITEMS THAT ARE ONLY SOLD ONLINE, WHICH IS GREAT!

Our store has made significant improvements in available supply and is making strides in helping us as consumers. One needed improvement is in the way the return area is set-up, recent changes needs revisiting. We like our community store.

I have lived here over 30 years. From the time it opened the only time customer service was good was when lowes was opening. You have to track down help and most often they either cannot or do not want to help. Store sucks!

This store is very poorly stocked. Bins of small parts in every dept. from hardware to plumbing to electrical have not been cleaned organized or reordered. I have been doing an extensive remodel and have been in this store 3 times a week for a year and it is always the same.. young employees with no expertise seem to have a good time chatting at the registers and in the isles.

I like doing my shopping there all the time seems like everybody knows me I seem to know them overall family-friendly store the only exception to the ladies at the pro desk they deserve flowers they're the best in the whole region

This EastVale Home Depot provides superior customer service to any home improvement stores in the area. I really like the garden department and the employees that are so helpful there.

Store needs to get rid of the pigeons breeding in the outdoor garden area. There is pigeon droppings on the floor and merchandise. The rest of the store is great to shop in.

I have had many trips to this Home Depot store for multiple projects. All the associates are very friendly and helpful willing to answer any questions you may have and no one gives you a hard time about returning items that are defective or unwanted. I find what I need almost all the time, well stocked, clean and organized. The associates and cashiers I've experienced, especially at the customer service desk, have been very accommodating in certain situations, price matched or adjusted when signage has been incorrect with no problem! Excellent customer service, a store that obviously values repeat customer business!!
