I love going to the Edison Home Depot. Friendly and knowledgeable employees!! Always fully stocked!!

I shop at this Home Depot regularly. They consistently have products I need at reasonable prices. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Last month we got a refrigerator. We needed to hunt down someone to help with appliances. The last 2 days there's no one in the paint department. And there's no "hey if there's no one here hit this button" or some easy way to get someone. For specialized help, skip Home Depot and go to an appliance store or a paint store or whatever else specific you need. They just can't help you at Home Depot.

I shop there frequently. This time I was looking for tar for my driveway. Easy to find and smooth to checkout.

I wrote the review in the past screen , both managers of sorts , Dennis in building materials , and the assistant store manager Dennis , are both really a down to earth people who are always willing to make things write . I spend a lot of time and money at your store , I do understand that you stopped carrying a lot of higher end products because of stealing , I just want the store to carry the more quality products instead of only carrying your own brand . Filters , direct wire led shop bulbs, pvc outside outlets , and even the lumber , I have bolt my deck three times , HD relaxed the wood 2x6x16 2x4’s and etc. the wood is still cracking , it seems like the pressure treating process was not good. All the wood I replaced the last time , cracked , if I would have known this I would have just used treks, or another composite brand.

Great Home Depot store. I have been shopping there for many years. The employees are helpful. The aisles are big and roomy. The prices are reasonable and competitive. The overall shopping experience there is positive.

If you ever experience any problems with finding an item, have a problem with a special order, or need a specialist to help you with a home design, she is the” go-to” person. Her eagerness to get the job done and make you happy is her primary goal.

I needed overhead lights for my kitchen and family room. Your associate showed me the new LED ones which allow you to choose from a scale of "day" through "soft" light. So I chose those. And they work very well at home. Thanks again.

I had a problem with obtaining a refund that was over 1400.00. Nicole, Yolanda, and Syed were relentless in making sure I received my refund in a timely manner. The three of them go out their way to assist me EVERY time I enter the Edison Home Depot. They make sure ALL their customers find what they need, provide advise when asked, and take the items to the register while you continue to shop. I have never experience such professionalism in other Home Depot stores. It is a great experience every time I visit the Home Depot in Edison, New Jersey!

I literally have been in Home Depot at lease twice a week for the last five weeks buying the materials for my three bathroom remodeling and kitchen remodeling. Jeneen, Gregory, and Tyree are excellent!! They assist me get the supplies I need. They recommend what is the best product and what is a practical product. The three of them make me feel like family when I walk in. They greet me by name, and always ask if I have a list They take the list and get all the supplies off the list. What great customer service!!!! If you want the best and experience Home Depot workers, go to Edison, NJ. The three deserves recognition for the hard work they do.

I stopped in at the Edison HD because I was in the area and needed a plant for a friend. I was shocked at how clean the store was and how nice all the employees were. 3 different employees said hello and asked if I needed any help. It was actually a very pleasant experience. I stopped shopping at Home Depot at least 15 years ago because the people were not knowledgeable and not nice. (That was the Clifton store) I guess things have changed. I live close to the Lakewood HD and will definitely give them a try.

Employee help just a little until had a appointment to discuss his bathroom remodel then just kicked us to the side cause he was going to spend more money then we were to me what difference does it make a customer is a customer

Great service and staff is always there to assist

The appliance sale associates at the Edison store definitely know the products they are selling unlike the store in Milltown that gave me wrong information only for the sale associate to inform me that I was given wrong information!! I will always get everything I need at Edison even though Milltown is closer to me! Megh and Frank - I think that’s their names are great representatives👍🏾👍🏾

It’s a great store but you need more employees to help customers.

I shop there somewhat frequently, depending on time of year and what I need. The past couple of days I was looking for small stones/pebbles and some weed guard, plus a small table for a patio and a device to turn on or off a light on a schedule. All of the products were in stock and the prices were reasonable. Employees helped me and were friendly.

I have four Home Depot location within 15 minutes of my home. I like the atmosphere at the Edison Store the best. Clean store and easygoing atmosphere.

Needed paint. David from Hardware was helping in the paint department. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Ever need help seek him out.

I purchased patio furniture that was scheduled to be picked up at the store. The delivery was delayed and I didn't receive a call to explain why this occurred. It had been a week without any update from Home Depot via email. I called the store and spoke to Bryan(sic) in the Receiving Dept and explained I was going to cancel the order bc I didn't receive anything. He assured me that he would look into it and to give him a day. As promised, he called and provided an update. Then when I asked if we could have the patio furniture delivered he suggested I speak to the Assistant Store Manager that day. I did and she was more than helpful having our patio furniture delivered to our home. Great customer service.
