Order was place with Andersen windows and came in wrong twice. Customer Service rep spent hours with me helping to correct

Jeovany, Nate and Brandon all deserve Raises and promotions for putting forth great effort to make sure the customer was happy. These three gentlemen stood out from all the other employees particularly because I had asked two other employees to help me AND THEY ABANDONED ME FOR 15-20 minutes. I even found one of the employees who was supposed to help me on the phone during work hours. Jeovany Nate and Brandon did a great job.

Great place to shop and the employees were very polite and helpful and I got just what I was looking for and got in and out of the store really, really fast and and on a Sunday weekend to boot.

The kitchen designer at Home Depot stunned us with her expertise, patience, and creativity. After meeting with four different 'professional' kitchen designers, we came to Home Depot for a 'sanity check' of the proposals we had received. Home Depot not only provided the premium KraftMaid line, but our Home Depot designer solved a number of difficult problems and made better use of our limited space than any of the so-called pros. And the price was the best!

Incredible holiday pricing. Smooth function, protective, heavy duty feet and corner braces adds to the stability and footprint. Special lock in top, looked more like a gimmick, but has proven to be extremely useful when trying to hold multiple tools For easy access. Solid contractor grade ladder. I needed to purchase two, but they only had one. At this price, I don’t expect to find any more.

Great store to shop at everything you could possibly need the employs are friendly and nice and more than happy to help you to find what you are looking for no mater what it is.

I bought some items from this store and it had just what I looking for and needed and the employees were so nice and helpful. It was a great shopping experiencel. I will definitely be shopping there again. in the near future.

These two employees are exemplary. I came in hot and frustrated at a project I was working on. The were kind, considerate, helpful. Had good knowledge of my needs and your products. I really appreciate people like that. They took a really trying problem and got me all straightened out.

The associate at the rental spot is the most nasty person I ever encountered dealing with customers.

This Home Depot understands the needs of its customers i was there and everyone was polite and helpful If you need anything Ask enrique from garden and Nicolas from returns they would be glad to help you with anything you need and they will make sure you will get what you need. After my visit to this home depot I can say that This Home depot does A great job teaching every associate on what is to give an Exceptional customer service

I bought a stove from Renee he helped me with one on Sunday and it said It was going to be delivered Saturday but then I got a email saying March 2 so I went back to the store and Renée help me find another one he was very helpful thank you

It's sad to say that Home Depot doesn't employee enough staff to assist with general orders.

I came into home depot with little research on the product I needed to buy but Tracy helped me with answering all my questions and being as honest as she could be. Thanks again!

Associates harras you at self check out if you are a person of color…

Ana Collazo flooring specialist Edison -Route 1 stores was really helpful to select the product and purchase it. She is cool and explained patiently to all my questions on the product selected. Very polite and respectful. Thank you again i would always visit the store.

The associate Andre in the hardware department was exemplary. Literally walked me aisle to aisle to assist me in finding 7 obscure items I needed. In the last aisle retrieving my final item, Andre popped back in the aisle which was filled with people looking and he called everyone's attention with, "is everyone ok here? Does anyone need any help?" You just don't see that level of service in store any more. This is why many turn to online shopping. I'd shop in store everywhere that had an Andre!

Terrible service at Store 0944. Denis was extremely rude to the manufacturer's representative on the phone for a product which was under warranty. Refused to accept the authorization code and stated that the store does not accept water pumps or sump pumps. There is no regard for people's time and money.

Overall the customer services was good at this store, once I got a manager involved in my sale. Floor associates could use some assistance and training with customer services skills. But again ... overall the store is decent to shop at.

This store is always stocked appropriately and the staff has the right practical knowledge.

I had 3 different workers as if I needed help from each department. They were extremely helpful. Even when I was checking out, the cashier was extremely helpful and they were all very nice!

To everyone I won’t recommend this Home Depot. There was a staff name Theresa at front check out counter had serious issues at Home Depot. Theresa was very rude and when I tried to return the stuff she scans first then she keeps on side then I told her what happened she said give me ur items first for purchase that also in rude manner I told her if u were wanted the stuff what I’m buying then why did u scan the item for return. Then she replies to me RUDE manner why do u have a problem with that. I told her what how are u talking. Then she tells me do u want me to do ur items or no. I told her do the rerun first she said let me do ur purchases. I said what’s wrong she said back to me what’s wrong with u. I told her why are you being argumentative person she tells me back again the same thing. My god I said just do my stuff n I want to leave I’m not here to talk to worst n rude person like you are. Then again Theresa tells me I’m doing it but it’s you who is talking to me. I was gonna tell her back again something but then I thought there will be no difference between her and me. That Theresa was the most WORST, RUDE, ARROGANT, HORRIBLE person and Theresa had BIG ATTITUDE I ever met at Home Depot. She was behaving that she was the owner or manger of Home Depot. My god what a worst experience I had in my life.. never going back again.
