The store cashier Rosa went out of her way to assist me in calling headquarters for an increase on my Home Depot Credit Card so I could take all the products that I was needing for the fixing of my home roof and getting the proper papers and receipts for the delivering of all my merchandize to my home in Fabens, Texas..

EMPLOYEES NEEDS TO BE MORE HELPFULL WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER ASKING IF THEY SEE YOU LOOKING FOR SOMETHING, IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER IF DECLINE THE HELP.

for the most everything is accessible and employees are very knowledgeable. specially in the electric wire section.

I was provided with excellent assistance and advice to help with my first DYI Renovation, and to make this experience even better I was told that Home Depot offered 6 months 0% interest credit with any purchase of $299.00 and above... ChaChing!!! Home Depot will be my home renovation go to store from now on... Thanks Mr. Sal Gonzales for such a well managed store and employees!!!

Associates not accessible. You need to seek them out. I have seen more interaction at a swap meet.

I asked for help in the nails departement, this person was rude when I asked for help. Then I mentioned what I need and told me, go to the next isle. I did not find what I needed, came back with this employee and employee got kind of upset, when other cutomer asked questions was rude too. Employee needed to bring down boxes because shelf was empty, then when I got what I need emplyee changed attitude. I said thank you, then employee goes nice. This is the store that I buy all my stuff.

If you need help at this store try and find that tall guy in the back named Tom this guy real knows his stuff!!!!!!

All Home Depots in my area are generally busy but not overly busy. You have to wait a few minutes for customer service but whoever you approach will get you someone within 3-5 minutes. Returns are a snap so if you choose the wrong size or your wife tells you you got the wrong color you can always return it and get what you need! :)

Through out the years, there has been three common issues with the El Paso Home Depot stores. First of all, the biggest problem pertains to the product availability. In order to find many of the smaller items, I consistently have to scavenge through adjacent boxes to find what I am searching for ( I am not always successful). Secondly, the product is not available on the shelf but there is backstock on the top shelves. I often have to retrieve the merchandise myself. I usually leave the store with about 90% of my intended purchases. The final problem is that the stores are understaffed during the weekend and evening rush hours. Overall I am pleased with the customer service that the associates have provided; Furthermore, the use of the phone/scanners has been extremely helpful. The store SKU numbers should be available, for the online shopping, just like the model numbers are presented.

HD has the best prices, great help from employees.

Got a power tool combo kit with missing parts. Associates implied maybe I stole the missing parts as a consumer my feelings were hurt drasticly. Overall good service, associates we are human and have feelings be consiterate on how I choose ur words
