I shop here 3 times a week and i enjoy the helpful and friendly employees that I have encountered. I am a DIY person and not mater how dumb my questions are they are very kind to explain and suggest. I feel ant home when I'm at my Home Depot store Thanks for beeing here for us.

Great home improvement store

THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE MY ORDER AND MADE SURE I GOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

Very helpful employees. I like Lorraine in the garden center. She is always very cheerful.

There was a young Hispanic male named Jay who was gathering carts from the parking lot at closing time for the store I visited. He stopped gathering carts and took the time to help me load some heavy items into my car. I heard and watched him do this with several other customers out of his own volition. A wonderful employee and nice person.

The store has more useful items in the area.

This girl at the customer service desk emily is so rude and need to learn to work on her attitude she was practically ignoring me and on her phone

Swift service from employees, felt welcomed as soon as entered store, even while it was busy I was acknowledged and let know that they will be will me in a bit. In about 7 minutes after was helped finding what I needed and placed a order for out of stock products

Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.

Cashier Rosa was and always is pleasant and friendly

Parking is terrible, always a challenge. Store needs a good cleaning and items placed on shelves faster instead of laying area and customers have to dance around each other and items.

I definitely will go back to this store...

Busy store, lot of people helping

I went in to return some items to store #0522. When the cashier went to scan a specific item he stated I could not return them, due to store policy. I said “okay that’s fine, but can you please show me in writing?” That’s when Alessandra jumped in and started yelling “it’s store policy ! It’s store policy”. I then asked her if she could show me in writing and again she responded by yelling & not listening to the question being asked. Then she yelled “I’m the supervisor” I said “that’s fine can you please call the manager”. Jerry (manager) then comes and also states it was store policy. I asked him to show me & he said “I would print it but it’s too long”. I then said “okay please give me the # to Coporate”. I called Coporate & they could not find this store policy. It was a Alessandra & Jerry policy, NOT a store policy. Overall, these 2 employees, Jerry & Alessandra, should be demoted from their positions as manager & supervisor. As they lack basic customer service skills, have no ability to listen to the question being asked, and are over all extremely rude to customers.

Easy to find what I need. Customer service is great and the store is always clean.

This store seems to be always fairly busy. The aisles are tight and store is full of inventory. It's often hard to find associates to help and they aren't very aware of customers. I found Alex to help me in kitchen faucets because the shelves weren't well stocked. She immediately got a ladder and found one on an upper shelf. She is good. Thank you!

Shopping here for years and have always received friendly help from employees. If they can't answer my questions they will find someone who can.

For the store being busy on Veterans Day I was helped pretty quickly. The Associate that helped in the appliance section was very helpful.
