Great staff! Elizabeth made our kitchen designing experience so great! She was fun, infinitely patient, and very helpful! I can’t wait to have her help us with our bathroom remodel. And Paulette in appliances was so knowledgeable and helpful! I felt like I was dealing with a friend. Great customer service from both ladies!

Store has crowded isles making it difficult to get around inside and out. Associate at the return service counter less than honest when asked to explain why some information from me was needed.

All the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. Several employees actually approached me as I walked through the store, instead of me having to hunt someone down! I was very impressed and had a pleasant experience.

Working with Bart was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable but not pushy and kept telling me that if the product did not work, bring it back. While I was working with Bart another customer came up to him and gave him a big hug. After the service I received it did not surprise me. I am sure he has a fan club.

Today I was carrying a 50 lb. bag of salt to the self serve registers. An employee saw my arms full and came over and scanned the item for me and proceed to the check out / payment process.

The Elk Grove Village, IL Home Depot is clean, well laid out and well stocked. Every time I go in there the employees are friendly and will greet you and ask if you need any help. When I have needed help, the employee in that department was knowledgeable about that department (example: If I needed help in the plumbing department, the employee not only knew about the items in the department, but about the proper procedures for plumbing repair). Other home improvement stores don't seem to hire people with trade knowledge and only seem interested in selling stock, not helping the customer with the use of the stock items. I prefer Home Depot over the other home improvement stores.

Beware! There’s a Bunch of friendly people working

I may have an issue with the on-line receipt technology. The way it comes up would take 4 pages to print.....and trying modify is extremely time consuming. I am using Vivaldi as a browser.......I thought the convenience of an on-line receipt was a big plus, but at this point it is totally useless for me and I believe there is a remedy..... Regards,
